Description
Claims (5)
- 엔진으로부터 배출되는 배기가스가 유입되고 다시 배출되는 유입구 및 배출구가 형성된 실린더와;상기 실린더내의 상기 유입구 및 상기 배출구의 일측에 각각 설치된 전극부재와;상기 전극부재와 교차되게 상기 실린더 외주면에 설치되어 상기 전극부재와 함께 케이싱 형상을 하는 모노리쓰와;상기 전극부재 및 상기 모노리쓰 내에 설치되어 배기가스에 함유된 유해물질을 제거토록 하는 질소산화물 제거 촉매와;상기 전극부재에 전원을 공급하기 위해 상기 전극부재와 연결 설치된 전원공급장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실린더의 상기 유입구 및 배출구는 배기가스가 상기 실린더의 원주방향으로 유입되어 균일한 분포로 퍼질 수 있도록 원뿔형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모노리쓰의 내면 일측에는 워시 코트가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극부재는 배기가스가 유동될 수 있도록 매시 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모노리쓰는 배기가스가 유동될 수 있도록 하니컴 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터.
