Claims (15)
- 구부러진 선형상의 코어와;상기 코어의 외표면의 적어도 일부를 덮고, 상기 코어의 전기전도도에 비하여 높은 전기전도도를 가지는 도체막으로 형성된 안테나 도체를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 도체막은 다음식(수학식 1)단, σ : 도체의 전기전도도μ : 도체의 투자율ω : 각 주파수에 의하여 특정되는 표피깊이(δ) 이상의 막두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코어는 구리합금에 의하여 형성되고, 상기 도체막은 구리에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 전파의 송수신을 행하는 방사부와 이 방사부를 회로기판에 접속하는 단자부로 형성된 안테나 도체를 가지고,상기 단자부에 땜납특성을 향상하기 위한 접속막을 피복하고, 상기 방사부에는 상기 접속막을 형성하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 접속막은 상기 방사부의 표면측 층의 전기전도도에 비하여 낮은 전기전도도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 접속막은 땜납도금에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 접속막은 상기 단자부의 전면을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 방사부 및 상기 단자부는 금속판의 펀칭가공에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 방사부가 유전체로 덮여져 있고, 상기 단자부는 상기 유전체로부터 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 안테나 도체가, 코어와 이 코어의 적어도 방사부에 상당하는 외표면을 덮는 도체막으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 도체막이 코어보다도 전기전도도가 높은 재료로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 도체막은 다음식(수학식 1)단, σ : 도체의 전기전도도μ : 도체의 투자율ω : 각 주파수에 의하여 특정되는 표피깊이(δ) 이상의 막두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나.
- 전파를 송수신하는 방사부와 이 방사부를 회로기판에 접속하는 단자부를 가지는 안테나 도체를 가지는 소형 안테나의 제조방법에 있어서,금속판의 펀칭가공에 의하여 형성하는 펀칭공정과;상기 방사부를 유전체로 피복하는 피복공정과;상기 유전체를 마스크로서 사용하여 상기 단자부에 대하여 선택적으로 상기 접속막을 형성하는 접속막 형성공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 펀칭공정에서는 상기 안테나 도체를 지지하는 프레임을 더욱 포함하는 형상으로 상기 금속판의 펀칭가공을 행하여 상기 접속막 형성공정 후에 안테나 도체를 상기 프레임으로부터 절단하는 절단공정을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 펀칭공정에서는 상기 프레임과 상기 단자부를 분리한 형상으로 상기 금속판의 펀칭가공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 펀칭공정에서는 상기 프레임과 상기 단자부가 연속된 형상에 상기 금속판의 펀칭가공을 행하고,상기 접속막형성공정 전에 상기 프레임과 상기 단자부를 분리하는 예비절단공정을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 안테나의 제조방법.
