Claims (16)
- 이산화티탄 입자, 상기 입자 표면 상의 알루미늄 포스페이트 화합물을 포함하는 코팅층 및 오르가노실란 화합물의 가수분해물을 포함하는 코팅층을 포함하며, 칼 피셔 (Karl Fischer) 방법으로 측정되는 100℃ 및 300℃ 간 물 함량의 차이가 1,500 ppm 이하인 이산화티탄 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노실란 화합물을 하기 화학식 1 로 나타나는 이산화티탄 안료:[화학식 1]Rn- Si - (OR')4-n(식 중, R 은 알킬, 비닐 및 메타크릴 중 한 개 이상을 포함하는 탄소수 10 이하의 탄화수소기이며; R' 은 메틸 또는 에틸이고; n 은 1 내지 3 의 정수이고, 단 n 이 2 또는 3 인 경우 R 은 동일하거나 상이한 탄화수소기일 수 있다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 포스페이트 화합물의 양이 이산화티탄 입자를 기준으로, AlPO4가 0.1 내지 2.0 wt% 범위인 이산화티탄 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노실란 화합물의 가수분해물의 양이 이산화티탄 입자를 기준으로, 오르가노실란 화합물로 계산되는 양이 0.05 내지 3.0 wt% 인 이산화티탄 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분산성이 20 kg/㎠ 이하인 이산화티탄 안료.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 이산화티탄 안료의 제조 방법:이산화티탄 입자를 포함하는 이산화티탄의 수성 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;이산화티탄 입자의 표면 상에, 알루미늄 포스페이트 화합물을 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계 및 오르가노실란 화합물의 가수분해물을 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 오르가노실란 화합물의 가수분해물을 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계가 40 내지 100℃ 에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 50 내지 250℃ 에서의 건조 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 오르가노실란 화합물의 가수분해물을 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계에 오르가노실란 화합물의 가수분해물을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 가수분해물을 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계가 포함되고, 상기 가수분해물은 산성화된 이산화티탄의 수성 슬러리에 오르가노실란 화합물을 첨가하여 제조되는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 오르가노실란 화합물의 가수분해물을 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계에 오르가노실란 화합물의 가수분해물을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 가수분해물을 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계가 관여되고, 상기 가수분해물은 오르가노실란 화합물의 수성 분산액을 산성화시켜 제조되는 방법
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 이산화티탄의 수성 슬러리의 pH 가 0.5 내지 6 으로 조정되는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 오르가노실란 화합물의 수성 분산액의 pH 가 0.5 내지 6 으로 조정되는 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노실란 화합물의 가수분해물이 5 내지 40 ℃ 에서 제조되는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 이산화티탄의 수성 슬러리에 이산화티탄, 물 및 저급 알콜이 포함되는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 오르가노실란 화합물의 수성 분산액에 오르가노실란, 물 및 저급 알콜이 포함되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 이산화티탄 안료 및 플라스틱 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물.
