Claims (12)
- 연료탱크의 개구부에 설치되어 있어 상기 연료탱크와 상기 연료탱크에 접속되는 관을 연통상태로 접속하는 커넥터에 있어서,상기 커넥터가 통형상부와, 상기 통형상부의 외주측에 구비되고 또한 상기 연료탱크의 개구보다도 큰 면을 갖는 날밑형상부를 구비한 가스 배리어성 합성수지제의 가스 배리어체를 구비하여 구성하고 있음과 동시에,상기 가스 배리어체가폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트제,폴리페닐렌설피드제,리퀴드크리스탈폴리머제,지방족 폴리케톤제,방향족 폴리아미드제,에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과의 브렌드 폴리머제,폴리아미드와 폴리에틸렌과의 브렌드 폴리머제,폴리아미드와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과의 브렌드 폴리머제,또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트제이고,더욱이, 상기 가스 배리어체의 표면의 적어도 일부가 접착성 올레핀수지, 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌제의 외각 몸체부로 덮여져 있음과 동시에,이 외각 몸체부가 당해 가스 배리어체의 날밑형상부의 선단을 덮어 상기 연료탱크의 외면부로 향하여 돌출하는 환상돌출부를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터가 상기 가스 배리어체에서의 날밑형상부의 외주부를 상기 연료탱크의 가스 배리어성 합성수지에 용착하여 상기 연료탱크에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 가스 배리어체의 표면의 적어도 일부를 덮는 접착성 올레핀수지제의 외각 몸체부의 표면의 적어도 일부와, 이 외각 몸체부에 의해 덮여 있지 않은 상기 가스 배리어체의 표면의 적어도 일부가 고밀도 폴리에틸렌제의 외각 몸체부로 더 덮여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 배리어체의 날밑형상부의 선단측에 상기 연료탱크의 외면부로 향하여 돌출하는 환상돌출부가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 배리어체의 날밑형상부의 선단측에, 상기 연료탱크의 외부면으로 향하여 돌출하는 환상돌출부가 구비되어 있음과 동시에,상기 커넥터가 이 가스 배리어체의 환상돌출부를 상기 연료탱크의 외면부에 용착하여, 상기 연료탱크에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도폴리에틸렌제의 외각 몸체부의 환상돌출부 및 가스 배리어체의 날밑형상부의 선단부의 어느 한쪽에 형성된 돌출부를, 이 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌제의 외각 몸체부의 환상돌출부 및 가스 배리어체의 날밑형상부의 선단부의 다른 쪽의 두께 내부에 넣은 상태로, 당해 가스 배리어체의 표면에 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌제의 외각 몸체부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 배리어체의 날밑형상부의 선단측에 상기 연료탱크의 외면부로 향하여, 상기 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌제의 외각 몸체부의 환상돌출부와 대략 동일한 치수만큼 돌출된 환상돌출부가 구비되어 있음과 동시에,이 가스 배리어체의 환상돌출부와 상기 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌제의 외각 몸체부의 환상돌출부와의 사이에, 상기 연료탱크의 외면부측에서 개방된 공극이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 배리어체의 날밑형상부의 선단측에 상기 연료탱크의 외면부로 향하여, 상기 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌제의 외각 몸체부의 환상돌출부보다도 돌출 치수를 작게 하도록 돌출된 환상돌출부가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌제의 외각 몸체부로 덮여져 있는 가스 배리어체의 상면(上面)측이, 이 가스 배리어체의 날밑형상부의 선단측으로 단차면(段差面)을 향한 단 형상을 이루도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터가 연료공급관의 접속용 커넥터인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터가 통기관의 접속용 커넥터인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터가 연료 컷오프밸브를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 커넥터.
