Claims (8)
- 소정의 내부 공간을 가지며 그 양측에 유입구가 각각 구비된 밀폐용기와, 상기 밀폐용기 내부에 소정의 간격을 두고 각각 장착되어 그 밀폐용기 내부를 모터실 및 그 양측에 위치하는 제1,2 압축실로 구획하는 제1,2 베어링 하우징과, 상기 모터실에 장착되어 구동력을 발생시키는 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터에 결합됨과 아울러 그 양단이 상기 제1,2 베어링 하우징에 각각 관통 삽입되는 구동축과, 소정 형상으로 형성되어 상기 제1 베어링 하우징과 구동축사이에 위치하면서 그 구동축에 압입 고정되는 베어링 부시와, 상기 베어링 부시와 제1 베어링 하우징사이 및 상기 구동축과 제2 베어링 하우징사이에 각각 위치하여 상기 구동축을 반경방향으로 지지하는 반경방향 지지수단과, 상기 구동축이 삽입되도록 상기 제1 베어링 하우징측에 결합되어 가스의 누설을 방지하는 실링부재와, 상기 제1,2 압축실에 각각 위치하도록 상기 구동축의 양단부에 각각 고정 결합되는 제1,2 임펠러와, 상기 제1,2 임펠러의 가장자리에 각각 위치하도록 결합되어 그 제1,2 임펠러에 의해 발생되는 동압을 정압으로 변환시키는 제1,2 디퓨져부재와, 상기 제1 압축실의 일측과 상기 2 압축실측에 위치하는 유입구를 연통시켜 상기 제1 임펠러의 회전에 의해 제1 압축실에서 1단 압축된 가스를 제2 압축실로 유입되도록 안내하는 연결관과, 상기 제2 임펠러의 회전에 의해 제2 압축실에서 2단 압축된 가스가 상기 모터실을 통해 구동모터를 냉각시키면서 밀폐용기 외부로 토출되도록 안내하는 가스 토출유로와, 상기 베어링 부시의 측면과 실링부재의 측면사이에 위치하도록 장착되어 상기 제1 압축실 및 모터실 그리고 제2 압축실의 압력차에 의해 상기 구동축에 작용하는 축방향 힘을 지지하는 축방향 지지수단을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 터보 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐용기는 일정 내경과 소정의 길이를 갖는 원통체와, 상기 원통체의 면적과 상응하도록 형성됨과 아울러 그 내측에 유입구가 형성되고 그 유입구에 이어 곡면을 이루도록 형성되는 쉬라우드부가 형성되며 그 쉬라우드부에 이어 볼류트부가 구비된 제1,2 복개판이 상기 원통체의 양측에 각각 복개 결합되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1,2 베어링 하우징은 상기 밀폐용기내에 압입 고정되는 고정부재에 체결수단에 의해 고정 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동축은 소정의 길이를 갖도록 형성됨과 아울러 상기 제2 베어링 하우징에 위치하는 부분의 외경이 상기 베어링 부시가 위치하는 부분의 외경보다 크고 상기 제1,2 임펠러가 위치하는 부분의 외경이 상기 베어링 부시가 위치하는 부분의 외경보다 작게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 토출유로는 상기 제2 압축실에서 2단 압축된 가스가 모터실로 유입되도록 제2 베어링 하우징에 다수개의 제1 통공이 형성되고 상기 모터실에 유입된 가스가 상기 구동모터를 관통하도록 구동모터에 다수개의 제2 통공이형성되며 상기 구동모터를 냉각시킨 가스가 상기 밀폐용기 외부로 토출되도록 밀폐용기 일측에 토출구가 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축방향 지지수단과 반경방향 지지수단은 소정 형상의 박판으로 형성된 포일이 다수개 배열되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실링부재는 상기 구동축이 삽입되는 축 삽입구멍의 내주면에 다수개의 연속된 홈이 형성되어 가스의 누설을 방지하는 레버린스 실링부(Labyrinth Sealing Part)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 임펠러와 제2 임펠러는 그 배면들이 서로 마주보도록 대면되게 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 압축기.
