- 수용액중의 하기 성분으로 실질적으로 구성된 보호성 코팅 조성물:a) 제1성분으로서,(i) 1종 이상의 오메가-아미노알킬 트리알콕시 실란;(ii) pH 7 내지 9를 제공하기에 충분한 양의 1종 이상의 강산 또는 1종 이상의 비교적 강한 산;(iii) 말단기로서 트리알콕시 또는 알킬디알콕시 실란 및 에톡시기를 각기 지니는 1종 이상의 화합물,여기서 오메가-아미노알킬 트리알콕시실란의 아민 수소 당량 : 이 화합물의 에폭시 당량의 비가 3:7이며, (i) 내지 (iii)의 반응은 결합제를 형성하고;(iv) 안료의 25중량% 이상이 전도 특성을 지닌 1종 이상의 안료;b)제2성분으로서,(v) 미세하게 분쇄된 아연(아연: 안료의 중량비가 1:10 내지 10:1임);여기서 고체 결합제 : 아연 및 안료의 총 중량비는 1:1 내지 1:75이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액중의 하기 성분들로 실질적으로 구성된 보호성 코팅 조성물:a) 제1성분으로서,(i) 3-아미노프로필 트리에톡시 실란;(ii) pH 7-9를 나타내기에 충분한 양의 포름산;(iii) 3-글리시드옥시프로필 트리에톡시실란 및 3-글리시드옥시프로필 트리에톡시 실란으로 구성된 군에서 선택한 화합물(오메가-아미노알킬 트리알콕시실란의 아민 수소 당량 : 이 화합물의 에폭시 당량의 비는 4:6임);(iv) 안료의 50 중량% 이상이 전도 특성을 지닌 1종 이상의 안료;b) 제2성분으로서,(v) 미세하게 분쇄된 아연(아연 : 안료의 중량비는 1:1 내지 4:1임);여기서 고체 결합제 : 아연 및 안료의 총량의 중량비는 1:20 내지 1:60이다.
- 하기의 단계들로 실질적으로 이루어진 2성분 보호성 코팅 조성물의 제1성분을 제조하는 방법:(1) 제1혼합물을 형성하기 위해서 1종이상의 아미노실란과 물을 혼합하는 단계;(2) 높아야 40℃의 온도에서, 제1 혼합물에 1종이상의 강산을 pH가 7 내지 9가 제공되도록 첨가하여 제2혼합물을 제공하는 단계;(3) 안료의 25중량% 이상이 전도 특성을 지닌 1종 이상의 안료를 제2 용액에 분산시켜 제3 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;(4) 높아야 40℃의 온도에서, 제3 혼합물에 1종 이상의 에폭시실란을 첨가하여(아미노실란의 아민 수소 당량 : 에폭시실란의 에폭시 당량의 비는 3 : 7임) 제1 성분을 제공하는 단계.
