Claims (10)
- 점도수(VNA)가 40 내지 90cm3/g의 범위이고 용융 유동 지수(MFI190/2.16 A)가 40 내지 2000dg/min의 범위이고 밀도(dA)가 0.965g/cm3이상인 저분자량 에틸렌 단독중합체 A 35 내지 65중량% 및 점도수(VNB)가 500 내지 2000cm3/g의 범위이고 용융 유동 지수(MFI190/5 B)가 0.02 내지 0.2dg/min의 범위이고 밀도(dB)가 0.922 내지 0.944g/cm3의 범위인 고분자량 에틸렌 공중합체 B 35 내지 65중량%를 포함하고, 78℃±3K의 온도에서 p-크실렌을 사용하는 예비 TREF 분석 동안 수득된 분획의 평균 분자량이 200,000g/mol 이상임을 특징으로 하는, 총 밀도가 0.948g/cm3이상이고, 용융 유동 지수(MFI190/5)가 0.2dg/min 이하인 이정 분자량 분포도를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 성형재.
- 내응력균열성이 1500h 이상이고, 파양 인성(FT)이 9mJ/mm2이상임을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 폴리에틸렌 성형재로부터 제조된 파이프.
- 제2항에 있어서, DIN 54852-Z4에 따라 측정된 굽힘 크리이프 모듈러스가1350N/mm2이상임을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 탄소수 4 내지 10의 공단량체를 비교적 고분자량 분획 B 중에 2.5 내지 4중량% 양으로 포함하는, 이정 분자량 분포도를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌 중합체의 저분자량 분획의 용융 유동 지수(MFI2.16/190℃)가 200 내지 800g/10분, 바람직하게는 250 내지 450g/10분의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 중합체의 용융 유동 지수(MFI5/190℃)가 0.19dg/분 이하임을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, ISO 179(DIN 53453)에 따라 측정된 노치드 충격 강도(NISISO)가 -20℃에서 25mJ/mm2이상이고, +23℃에서 40mJ/mm2이상임을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, ISO/DIS 13477에 따라 측정된,압력 등급 PN 10에서의 직경 110mm의 파이프(S4 시험)에 대한 신속한 균열 성장 내성이 20bar 이상임을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 파이프의, 가스, 특히 천연 가스를 수송하기 위한 용도.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 파이프의, 물을 수송하기 위한 용도.
