Claims (5)
- 화학약품 주입액용 수송 튜브로서, 수압유체로 충전되는 튜브를 위한, C 최대 0.05%, Si 최대 0.8%, Mn 0.30-1.5%, Cr 28.0-30.0%, Ni 5.80-7.40%, Mo 2.00-2.50%, N 0.30-0.40%, Cu 최대 1.0%, W 최대 2.0%, S 최대 0.010%, 30-70% 페라이트 및 나머지는 오스테나이트로 정의된 조성을 가진 페라이트-오스테나이트 합금의 용도 또는 적용 엄빌리컬에서의 다른 용도.
- 제 1항에 있어서,750MPa 이상의 이음매없는 튜브의 장력 항복점 및 동시에 25% 이상의 신장을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금의 용도.
- 제 1항에 있어서,850MPa 이상의 이음매없는 튜브의 장력 항복점 및 동시에 25% 이상의 신장을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금의 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,강 튜브의 형상이 서로 단접되고, 원통에 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금의 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 재료가 고온압출 후 냉간압연하고 1040-1080℃의 온도에서 3-10분의 유지시간 동안 어닐링시킨 후 물로 급냉시킨 이음매없는 튜브의 형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금의 용도.
