Claims (4)
- JIS 에서 규정하는 (조성의) A3003 (ASTM B209 에서 규정하는 3003) 의 열간압연재이며;온도 300 ℃ 이하에서 실행하는 베이킹 도장후에 있어서의 조직이 파이버조직과 면적비율이 20 % 이하인 재결정입자조직으로 이루어지고; 그리고상기 베이킹 도장의 전후에서의 내력의 저하율이 10 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 Al 합금재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이킹 도장후에 있어서의 내력이 95 N/㎟ 이상이고, 또한 신장률이 27 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 Al 합금재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 베이킹 도장시의 온도가 260 ∼ 280 ℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 Al 합금재.
- JIS 에서 규정하는 A3003 (ASTM B209 에서 규정하는 3003) 의 주괴에 균일한 열처리를 실시하고; 이어서,압연종료시의 온도가 290 ∼ 340 ℃ 인 열간압연가공을 실행하는 것만으로 실제 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 Al 합금재의 제조방법.
