Claims (30)
- 화학식 I의 화합물:[화학식 I](상기 식에서,R은 수소이고;R1, R2, R3는 각각 독립적으로 H, -OH, -OR4이고, 여기서 R4는 탄소수가 1 내지 12인 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬이고;여기서 R이 H이고, R2=R3=-OMe이면, R1이 -OH가 아닌 것을 조건으로 한다).

- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 R1이 OMe인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 R2및 R3는 수소이고, R1은 OH인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 R2는 OMe이고, R3는 수소이고, R1은 OH인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 R2및 R3는 OH이고, R1은 OMe인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 화학식 II의 화합물:[화학식 II](상기 식에서,R5는 수소 또는 메틸이고; R6및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 -OMe이고; R8은 H 또는 OH이다)

- 생리학적으로 허용가능한 담체 중의, 제 19항 내지 제 30항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물, 또는 이의 혼합물의 치료적 유효량을 당뇨병 환자에게 투여하는단계를 포함하는 당뇨병의 치료방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 상기 환자에게 경구투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 생리학적으로 허용가능한 담체 중에 치료적 유효량의 하기 화학식의 화합물:을 포함하는 당뇨병 치료용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 경구투여에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 생리학적으로 허용가능한 담체 중의 하기 화학식의 화합물:의 치료적 유효량을 당뇨병 환자에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 당뇨병 치료 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 화합물이 환자에게 경구투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 치료적 유효량의 하기 화학식의 화합물, 또는 이의 혼합물:[화학식 I](상기 식에서,R은 수소 또는 -CO2Z이고, Z는 H 또는 양이온이고;R1, R2, R3는 각각 독립적으로 H, -OH, -OR4이고, 여기서 R4는 탄소수가 1 내지 12인 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬이고;여기서 R이 H이고, R2=R3=-OMe이면, R1은 -OH가 아닌 것을 조건으로 한다)및 생리학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는 당뇨병 치료용 약제학적 조성물.
