Claims (3)
- 회전축에 감착되는 클로상자극을 갖는 회전자와 상기 회전자와 대향배치된 고정자철심 및 이 고정자철심에 권장되어 단면이 편평상의 고정자권선을 갖는 고정자와, 상기 회전자 및 상기 고정자를 지지하는 브래킷을 구비한 회전전기에서, 상기 고정자철심에는 축방향으로 뻗는 슬르토가 주방향으로 소정 피치로 다수 형성되고, 상기 고정자권선은 소선이, 상기 고정자철심의 단면측의 상기 슬로트외에서 되돌려져서, 소정 슬로트수마다에 상기 슬로트내에서 슬로트 깊이방향으로 내층과 외층을 교호로 채택하도록 권장되어 형성되고, 상기 고정자철심의 단면측의 상기 슬로트외에서 되돌려진 상기 소선의 턴부가 주방향으로 나란히 코일엔드군을 구성하고 상기 코일엔드는 상기 고정자철심의 슬로트로부터 경사지게 연출하는 제 1의 연출부와, 이 제 1의 연출부에 계속해 만곡되어 방향을 바꾸는 상기 턴부를 형성하는 정점부와, 이 정점부에 계속해 다른 쪽의 슬로트로 향하는 제 2의 연출부로 되고 상기 제 1 및 제 2의 연출부는 각각 연출방향축을 중심에 비틀려져 인접하는 다른 제 1 및 제 2의 연출부와 경방향으로 겹쳐져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 턴부를 형성하는 정점부는 상기 회전축방향에서 보았을 때, 이 회전축을 중심으로 하는 방사선에 대해 각각 경사되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 턴부를 형성하는 정점부는 경방향에서 보았을 때, 상기 회전축에 대해 각각 경사되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
