Claims (22)
- 거의 0의 DE로 복수의 말토-올리고당 종의 혼합물을 환원시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 복수의 말토-올리고당 종은 적어도 DP값이 다르며 따라서 상기 혼합물에 대한 DP 프로필을 정의하며,상기 말토-올리고당 혼합물을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물의 DP 프로필을 실질적으로 보존하기에 적합한 수소화 조건하에서 말토-올리고당 종의 상기 혼합물을 적어도 약 1500psi의 압력에서 촉매적으로 수소화시키는 단계를 포함하는 복수의 말토-올리고당 종의 혼합물을 환원시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 금속 수소화 촉매의 존재하에서 상기 혼합물을 수소화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 백금, 팔라듐, 루테늄, 로듐 및 활성 니켈로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 활성 니켈인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매적 수소화가 약 50℃~약 150℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 촉매적 수소화가 약 100℃~약 130℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 약 1500psi~약 3000psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 약 1500psi~약 2500psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 말토-올리고당 혼합물을 환원시키는 방법에 있어서,수소화 촉매를 포함하는 촉매 베드를 제공하는 단계;적어도 DP값이 다르며 따라서 상기 혼합물에 대한 DP 프로필을 정의하는 복수의 말토-올리고당 종을 포함하는 말토-올리고당 혼합물을 제공하는 단계; 및DE값을 실질적으로 감소시키기 위하여 상기 혼합물을 촉매적으로 수소화시키기에 충분하고 상기 혼합물의 DP 프로필을 실질적으로 보존하기에 적합한 수소화 조건하에서 적어도 약 1500psi의 압력에서 상기 촉매 베드에 말토-올리고당 혼합물과 수소를 연속적으로 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 말토-올리고당 혼합물을 환원시키는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 백금, 팔라듐, 루테늄, 로듐 및 활성 니켈로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 금속 촉매가 활성 니켈인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 촉매적 수소화가 약 1500psi~약 3000psi의 압력에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 약 1500psi~약 2500psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 약 1500psi~약 2000psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 녹말을 제공하는 단계;상기 녹말을 가수분해하여 적어도 DP값이 다르며 따라서 혼합물에 대한 DP 프로필을 정의하는 복수의 말토-올리고당 종의 혼합물을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물의 DP 프로필을 실질적으로 보존하기에 적합한 수소화 조건하에서 상기 말토-올리고당 종을 적어도 약 1500psi의 압력에서 촉매적으로 수소화시키는 단계를 포함하는 환원된 말토-올리고당을 제조하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 약 1500psi~약 3000psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 약 1500psi~약 2500psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 약 1500psi~약 2000psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 거의 0의 DE로 복수의 올리고당 종의 혼합물을 환원시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 복수의 올리고당 종은 적어도 DP값이 다르며 따라서 상기 혼합물에 대한 DP 프로필을 정의하며,상기 올리고당 혼합물을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물의 DP 프로필을 실질적으로 보존하기에 적합한 수소화 조건하에서 올리고당 종의 상기 혼합물을 적어도 약 1500psi의 압력에서 촉매적으로 수소화시키는 단계를 포함하는 복수의 올리고당 종의 혼합물을 환원시키는 방법.
