Claims (2)
- 내연기관의 연소실의 가스누설을 차단하고 오일이 연소실로 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 내연기관의 피스톤링 구조에 있어서, 상기 피스톤링은 그 일단이 실린더벽(4)과 밀착되고, 그 타단은 피스톤(2)의 상측 둘레방향으로 형성되어 있는 장착홈(20)에 끼움 결합되는 다수개의 링부가 서로 연결되어 일체로 형성된 기밀수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 피스톤링 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 기밀수단은 상측에 위치하여 실린더벽(4)과 밀착되는 시일부(35)와, 상기 시일부(35)의 타측에 개재되어 있는 탄성부재(30)로 이루어진 제1링부(24)와, 상기한 제1링부(24)의 하단면과 제1연결로드(32)에 의해 연결되고, 제1링부(24)와 동일한 구조를 갖는 제2링부(26)와, 상기한 제2링부(26)의 하단면과 제2연결로드(34)에 의해 연결되고, 실린더벽(4)과 밀착되고 오일공(40)이 관통되어 있는 사이드 레일(38)과, 상기 사이드 레일(38)의 하단에 장착되어 상기 사이드레일(38)에 탄성을 부여하는 탄성부재(42)로 이루어진 제3링부(28)로 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 피스톤링 구조.
