Claims (2)
- 일단부가 차량의 조향핸들(100)측과 연계된 구동축(200)과, 상기 구동축(200)과 일정간격 이격되며 일단부가 바퀴측과 연계된 부하축(300)과, 일단부가 상기 구동축(200)의 타단부와 결합되고 타단부는 상기 부하축(300)의 타단부와 결합되어 상기 구동축(200)과 부하축(300)을 연계시키며 상기 조향핸들(100)의 조향운동에 따라 비틀리는 토션바(400)와, 상기 구동축(200)의 타단부에 마련되어 상기 부하축(300)과 대향하는 일면에 각각의 짧은 치차(511)와 긴 치차(512)가 교호적으로 불균등하게 구성된 제1 검출링(510)과, 상기 부하축(300)의 타단부에 마련되어 상기 제1 검출링(510)의 일면과 대향하는 면에 긴 치차(521)가 교호적으로 구성되는 제2 검출링(520)과, 상기 제1 검출링(510)의 짧은 치차(511)와 제2 검출링(520)의 긴 돌출부(521)사이의 외측면에 권선되어 자기회로를 형성하는 제1 검출코일(600)과, 상기 제1 검출링(510)의 긴 치차(512)와 제2 검출링(520)의 요부 사이의 외측면에 권선되어 자기회로를 형성하는 제2 검출코일(700)과, 상기 제1 검출코일(600)과 제2 검출코일(700)에 접속되어 제1,제2검출코일(600,700)에 유기되는 전압을 신호 처리하는 신호 처리 장치(800)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조향장치의 토오크 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리장치(800)가, 저항(R1)과 제1검출코일(600)의접점에 접속되어 발진부(901)의 위상을 지연시키는 위상지연부(900)와, 저항(R1)(R2)의 접점과 제1,제2검출코일(600)(700)의 접점에 접속되어 출력차이를 검출한 후 소정레벨로 증폭시키는 차동증폭기(830)와, 상기 차동증폭기(830)의 출력전압을 전류로 변환시켜 출력시키는 V-I변환부(840)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조향장치의 토오크 센서.
