Claims (6)
- H-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-OH,H-Gly-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-OH,H-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-OH,H-DPhe-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-Asp(OBzl)-OH 또는H-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-OH로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 선형 펜타펩티드를 고리화하는 단계, 이어서 보호기를 제거하는 단계, 및 적합하다면 추가적으로 이의 생리학적으로 허용가능한 염으로 전환시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는, 고리형 펜타펩티드인 사이클로(Arg-Gly-Asp-DPhe-NMeVal)의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,선형 펜타펩티드 H-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-OH를 고리화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리형 펜타펩티드인 사이클로(Arg-Gly-Asp-DPhe-NMeVal)의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,트리펩티드 R1-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-OH(단, 상기 식에서, R1은 아미노 보호기이다)를 디펩티드 H-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-R2(단, 상기 식에서 R2는 카르복실 보호기이다)와 함께 단편 축합한 후, 보호기 R1및 R2를 제거함으로써 집중적으로 선형 펩티드 H-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-OH를 합성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고리형 펜타펩티드인 사이클로(Arg-Gly-Asp-DPhe-NMeVal)의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,Z-DPhe-OH를 H-NMeVal-OMe와 반응시켜 H-DPhe-NMeVal-OMe를 제조한 후, 이를 활성화된 R1-Asp(OBzl)-OH 유도체와 반응시키고, 메틸 에스테르를 분해함으로써, 선형 합성을 통하여 트리펩티드 R1-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-OH(단, R1은 아미노 보호기이다)를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고리형 펜타펩티드인 사이클로(Arg-Gly-Asp-DPhe-NMeVal)의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,Z-Arg(Pbf)-OH를 H-Gly-R2와 반응시키고 보호기인 Z를 제거함으로써 선형 합성을 통하여 디펩티드 H-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-R2(단, 상기 식에서 R2는 카르복실 보호기이다)를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고리형 펜타펩티드인 사이클로(Arg-Gly-Asp-DPhe-NMeVal)의 제조 방법.
- 사이클로(Arg-Gly-Asp-DPhe-NmeVal) 합성시 중간체로서의,H-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-OH,H-Gly-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-OH,H-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-OH,H-DPhe-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-Asp(OBzl)-OH 또는H-NMeVal-Arg(Pbf)-Gly-Asp(OBzl)-DPhe-OH로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 선형 펜타펩티드.
