Claims (8)
- 안테나 공용기로서,송신용 SAW 필터,상기 송신용 SAW 필터의 출력측에 일단을 전기적으로 접속한 위상기와,상기 위상기의 다른 단측에 그 입력측을 전기적으로 접속한 수신용 SAW 필터를 구비하고,상기 송신용 SAW 필터와 상기 수신용 SAW 필터는 각각 주파수가 상이한 통과대역을 가지고, 서로 다른 쪽의 통과대역을 감쇠시키고,상기 위상기는 i) 상기 수신용 SAW 필터의 송신대역의 위상을 회전시킴과 동시에, ii) 상기 수신용 SAW 필터의 상기 송신대역의 중심 주파수에서의 반사계수의 크기가 0.8 이상으로 또한, 상기 반사계수의 위상각이 0 ~ 45°로 되는 위상각과 특성 임피던스를 가진 안테나 공용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 위상기의 특성 임피던스가 50Ω보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 위상기의 특성 임피던스가 50Ω을 제외한 42 ±8Ω인 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 송신용 SAW 필터는 레더형 필터로 구성되고, 병렬 완SAW 공진기의 반공진 주파수보다도 직렬 완SAW 공진기의 공진 주파수가 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 위상기의 위상각이 90 ±10°인 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 위상기의 특성 임피던스가 50Ω을 제외한 42 ±8Ω이고, 위상각은 90 ±10°인 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 안테나 공용기로서,송신용 SAW 필터와상기 송신용 SAW 필터의 출력측에 일단측을 전기적으로 접속한 위상기와,상기 위상기의 다른 단측에 그 입력측을 전기적으로 접속한 수신용 SAW 필터를 구비하고,상기 송신용 SAW 필터와 상기 수신용 SAW 필터는 각각 주파수가 상이한 통과대역을 가지고, 상호 다른 쪽의 통과대역을 감쇠시키고,상기 위상기는 상기 수신용 SAW 필터의 송신대역의 위상을 회전시킴과 동시에, 그 특성 임피던스가 50Ω보다도 낮은 안테나 공용기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 위상기의 특성 임피던스가 50Ω을 제외한 42 ±8Ω인 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
