Claims (8)
- 안테나 공용기로서,송신용 SAW 필터,기판상에 형성된 전송선로를 포함하고, 상기 송신용 SAW 필터의 출력측에 일단을 전기적으로 접속한 위상기와,상기 위상기의 다른 단측에 그 입력측을 전기적으로 접속한 수신용 SAW 필터를 구비하고,상기 송신용 SAW 필터와 상기 수신용 SAW 필터는 각각 주파수가 상이한 통과대역을 가지고, 서로 다른 쪽의 통과대역을 감쇠시키고,상기 위상기는, 상기 전송선로의 특성 임피던스 및 위상각에 대응하여, i) 상기 수신용 SAW 필터의 송신대역의 위상을 회전시킴과 동시에, ii) 상기 수신용 SAW 필터의 상기 송신대역의 중심 주파수에서의 반사계수의 크기가 0.8 이상으로 또한, 상기 반사계수의 위상각이 0 ~ 45°로 되는 위상각과 특성 임피던스를 가지며,상기 송신용 SAW 필터의 통과대역에 있어서는, 용량성인 상기 송신용 SAW 필터의 임피던스에 상기 위상기가 부가되고, 유도성 성분이 병렬로 부가되어짐에 따라, 안테나 단자측으로부터 본 임피던스를 상기 송신대역에 있어서 50Ω 정합이 취해지도록 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 위상기의 특성 임피던스가 50Ω보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 위상기의 특성 임피던스가 50Ω을 제외한 34Ω ~ 50Ω 인 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 송신용 SAW 필터는 레더형 필터로 구성되고, 병렬 완SAW 공진기의 반공진 주파수보다도 직렬 완SAW 공진기의 공진 주파수가 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 위상기의 위상각이 80°~ 100°인 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 위상기의 특성 임피던스가 50Ω을 제외한 34Ω ~ 50Ω 이고, 위상각은 80°~ 100°인 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 공용기.
