Claims (8)
- - 안테나(A)에 연결될 수 있고, 하나의 송신 분기(T)를 하나의 수신 분기(R)로부터 분리하는 듀플렉스-유니트(DE),- 제 1 국부 발진기(LO1)에 연결된 수신 분기(R)에는 입력측이 연결되고, 수신-중간 주파수 경로(RI)에는 출력측이 연결된 제 1 믹서(M1), 및- 입력측이 송신-중간 주파수 경로(TI)에 연결된 송신 분기(T)에는 출력측이 연결되고, 국부 발진기(LO1, LO1')와 연결된 제 2 믹서(M2)를 포함하며,- 상기 수신-중간 주파수 경로(RI)의 중간 주파수는 0 내지 0,5 MHz의 범위에 있고,- 상기 송신-중간 주파수 경로(TI)의 중간 주파수는 180 내지 200 MHz의 범위에 있도록 구성된 송/수신 유니트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 송신-중간 주파수 경로(TI)의 중간 주파수는 180 MHz 또는 185 MHz 또는 189.6 MHz 또는 189.8 MHz 또는 190 MHz 또는 190.2 MHz 또는 190.4 MHz 또는 195 MHz 또는 200 MHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 송/수신 유니트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 믹서(M2)는 제 1 국부 발진기(LO1)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송/수신 유니트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 믹서(M2)에는 제 1 전환 스위치(SW1)가 연결되고, 상기 스위치는 제 1 국부 발진기(LO1) 및 추가의 국부 발진기(LO')와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송/수신 유니트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 믹서(M2)에는 제 3 믹서(M1)가 연결되고, 상기 믹서는 D/A-변환기(DA) 및 제 2 국부 발진기(LO2)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송/수신 유니트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 국부 발진기(LO, LO1', LO2')는 전압 조절된 발진기(VCO1, VCO1', VCO2) 및 위상 제어 회로(PLL, PLL1', PLL2)를 각각 하나씩 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송/수신 유니트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 중간 주파수-경로(TI, RI)는 기저대역-유니트에 연결되고, 상기 유니트는 200 KHz의 간격으로 이조될 수 있는 디지털 믹서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송/수신 유니트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 송/수신 유닛은, 듀플렉스-유니트(DE)가 다이플렉서(DUP) 및 제 2 스위치(SW2)를 포함하는 UMTS-트랜스시버인 것을 특징으로 하는 송/수신 유닛.
