Claims (10)
- 복막 투석에 있어서의 단백질 손실을 줄이는 방법으로서,폐 PD액을 환자로부터 배출용 백으로 배출하는 단계와,단백질 농후 분획을 강화하기 위해 배출용 백에 있는 PD액이 필터를 통과하게 하는 단계와,환자에게 공급될 새로운 PD액에 상기 단백질 농후 분획을 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이후에 새로운 PD액에 공급하기 위하여 상기 단백질 농후 분획을 단백질 백에 수집하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필터를 통과한 단백질 희박 분획을 노폐물용 용기로 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동의 저항을 달성하기 위해 상기 단백질 백의 상류에 억제부를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수력학적 압력을 획득하기 위해 필터보다 높은 예정된 높이에 단백질 백을 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 복막 투석에 있어서의 단백질 손실을 방지하기 위하여 제1항의 방법을 수행하는 장치로서,폐 PD액을 환자로부터 배출용 백으로 배출하기 위한 기구(15, 16, 5, 20, 2)와,단백질 농후 분획을 강화하기 위해 배출용 백(17)에 있는 PD액이 필터(21, 22)를 통과하게 하는 기구(2, 20, 6, 18)와,환자에게 공급될 새로운 PD액(13)에 상기 단백질 농후 분획을 공급하는 기구(24, 25, 26, 29, 30)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 이후에 새로운 PD액에 공급하기 위하여 상기 단백질 농후 분획을 단백질 백(25)에 수집하는 기구(24)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 필터를 통과한 단백질 희박 분획을 노폐물용 용기로 보내는 기구(37, 23)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동의 저항을 달성하기 위해 단백질 백(25)의 상류에 배치된 억제부(59)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단백질 백(25)은 수력학적 압력을 획득하기 위해 필터보다 높은 예정된 높이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
