Description

벨트를 구비한 흡수물품{ABSORBENT ARTICLE PROVIDED WITH A BELT}
기저귀 및 요실금이 있는 어른을 위한 요실금 보호대는 보통 사용자의 인체에 대는 흡수체를 보유한 덮개부 및 사용자가 움직일때도 또한 덮개부를 제자리에 위치하게 유지시키는 부착수단을 가진다. 일반적인 형태의 부착수단은 접착 테이프 또는 흡수물품의 전방부 및 후방부를 각각 서로에게 직접 부착시키는 터치-앤-클로즈(touch-and-close)형의 후크 및 루프 패스너이다. 맞음새를 조절할 수 있는 가능성이 향상된 벨트에 의해 물품의 전방부 및 후방부를 부착시키는 것은 예를 들면 WO 98/37847, EP-A-0 287 388, EP-A-0 409 307, EP-A-0 605 012 및 FR-A-2 586 558를 통해 더 공지되어 있다.
이들 벨트에 있어서의 문제점은 벨트가 착용자의 피부에 직접 접촉하며 충분히 꼭 맞추고 기저귀 또는 요실금 보호대의 누수를 방지하기 위해서 비교적 강하게 죄어져야 하기 때문에 사용자에게 피부자극을 쉽게 일으킨다는 것이다. 벨트와 피부 사이의 꼭 끼는 접촉 및 마찰에 의해 자극 및 심지어는 피부 손상을 일으키는 피부의 물리적 마모가 있을 것이다.
본 발명은 액체 투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트 및 그것들 사이에 둘러싸인 흡수체를 포함하는 기저귀 및 요실금 보호대와 같은 흡수물품에 관한 것으로, 상기 물품은 전방부, 후방부 및 그것들 사이에 가랑이부를 가지며, 물품의 후방부 및 물품의 전방부에 부착된 또는 부착되게 되어있는 벨트를 더 구비하고 있고, 물품을 팬티모양 형상으로 생각할때 벨트는 팬티의 허리부분의 일부를 형성한 다.
본 발명은 아래에서 수반된 도면에 도시된 구체예와 관련해서 더 자세히 설명될 것이다.

발명의 과제 및 가장 중요한 특징
본 발명의 과제는 피부에 부드럽고 피부자극 및 손상을 일으키지 않는 흡수물품용 벨트를 제공하는 것이다. 이것은 벨트가 벨트의 외부를 형성하게 되어있는 캐리어재료 및 벨트의 내부를 형성하게 되어있고 사용자의 피부와 접촉하는 부드러운 부직재료의 유연한 라미네이트를 포함하며, 상기 라미네이트가 5 이상의 Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값을 가진다는 사실에 의해 해결될 수 있다.

구체예의 설명
도면은 액체 투과성 상부시트(2), 액체 불투과성 배면시트(3) 및 그것들 사이에 둘러싸인 흡수체(4)를 포함하는 기저귀 또는 요실금 보호대(1)의 구체예를 도시한다. 액체 투과성 상부시트(2)는 부직재료, 가령 연속 필라멘트의 스펀본드 재료, 멜트블로운 재료 또는 접착 카디드 섬유 웹으로 이루어질 수 있다. 액체 불투과성 배면시트(3)는 플라스틱 필름, 액체 불침투성 재료로 도포된 부직재료 또는 액체 침투를 막는 소수성 부직재료로 이루어질 수 있다.

한 쌍의 벨트부(9)는 기저귀의 후방부(5)에 부착되는, 가령 접착되거나 또는 초음파로 접합되는 한쪽 단부를 가진다. 벨트부(9)는 예를 들면 반대쪽 벨트부의 외부에 부착된 테이프부(10)에 의해 함께 고정되도록 되어있는 그것의 반대쪽 단부를 가진다. 테이프 대신에 후크 및 루프 패스너, 후크 등의 다른 형태의 선택적 부착수단이 있을 수 있다. 테이프부(8) 또는 대응하는 전방부(5)의 부착수단은 필요한 팬티형 형상에 기저귀를 함께 고정시키기 위하여 벨트부(9)의 외부에 부착되도록 되어있다.
벨트부(9)는 벨트의 외부를 형성하는 캐리어재료(11), 및 벨트의 내부를 형성하며 착용자의 피부와 직접 접촉하도록 되어있는 부드러운 부직재료(12)의 라미네이트로 이루어져 있다. 벨트로부터의 피부자극을 피하기 위해 라미네이트는 5 이상의 Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값을 가져야만 한다. 상기한 바와 같이 이것은 매끄러움 및 유연성을 측정하는 섬유산업내에서 사용되는 방법이며 문헌에 개시되어있다.
적당한 부직재료는 예를 들면 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 섬유의 스펀본드 재료일 수 있다. 2성분 섬유가 또한 사용될 수 있다. 재료의 결합표면은 15%를 초과하지 않아야한다. 다른 적당한 부직재료는 예를 들면 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르 또는 2성분 섬유의 카디드 열결합 재료이다. 결합표면은 15와 25% 사이에 있어야한다. 라미네이트에 함유된 부직재료의 기준중량은 적어도 20g/m2, 바람직하게는 20과 100g/m2사이 및 좀더 바람직하게는 30과 60g/m2사이에 있어야한다.
캐리어재료(11)로서 플라스틱 필름 또는 다른 적당한 재료, 예를 들면 부직포가 사용될 수 있다. 적당한 캐리어 재료의 한 예는 엠보스 폴리프로필렌 필름이다. 캐리어재료(11)는 부착수단(8 및 10)에 대한 수용표면으로서 작용하기 위해 채택되어야 하며, 플라스틱 필름은 부착수단이 테이프 부재인 경우에 적당하다. 다른 형태의 부착수단이 테이프, 가령 터치-앤-클로즈형 후크 대신에 사용되는 경우에, 문제점에서의 부착수단에 대한 루프 재료로서 작용할 수 있는 다른 형태의 캐리어재료가 사용되어야만 한다.
캐리어재료(11) 및 내부재료(12)는 바람직하게는 함께 접착된다. 충분한 유연성 및 부드러움을 달성하기 위해 접착제 양은 8g/m2를 초과하지 않아야한다. 접착기술은 소위 스트립 코팅 또는 풀 코팅일 수 있다.
요실금 제품에서 벨트로서 사용되는 서로 다른 형태의 라미네이트를 가지고 테스트를 실시하였다. 5 이상의 Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값을 가지는 라미네이트가 피부손상 또는 자극을 일으키지 않는다는 것이 발견되었다. 상기 벨트 라미네이트의 예는 다음과 같다:
A: 기준중량 40g/m2, SOPP(동시 배향 폴리프로필렌)-플라스틱 필름에 스트립코팅 패턴으로 접착되고 18㎛인, 느슨하게 결합된 폴리에틸렌의 스펀본드. 접착량 3,5g/m2. Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값은 10,37이었다.
B: A와 동일하지만 접착시 다른 형태의 스트립-코팅 패턴. Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값은 9,74이었다.
C: 기준중량 40g/m2, SOPP(동시 배향 폴리프로필렌)-플라스틱 필름에 스트립코팅 패턴으로 접착되고 18㎛인, 느슨하게 결합된 폴리프로필렌의 스펀본드. 접착량 3,5g/m2. Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값은 6,88이었다.
D: C와 동일하지만 접착시 다른 형태의 스트립-코팅 패턴. Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값은 6,22이었다.
E: 기준중량 30g/m2, SOPP(동시 배향 폴리프로필렌)-플라스틱 필름에 풀코팅 패턴으로 접착되고 18㎛인, 폴리프로필렌의 열결합 카디드 부직포. 접착량 6g/m2. Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값은 8,35이었다.
F: E와 동일하지만 다른 접착기술. Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값은 8,69이었다.
G: 기준중량 35g/m2, SOPP(동시 배향 폴리프로필렌)-플라스틱 필름에 풀코팅 패턴으로 접착되고 18㎛인, 폴리프로필렌의 열결합 카디드 부직포. 접착량 6g/m2. Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값은 10,22이었다.
H: E와 동일하지만 다른 접착기술. Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값은 10,89이었다.
본 발명은 상기한 구체예에 제한되는 것은 아니며 청구항의 범위내에서 변경될 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 물품이 전방부(5), 후방부(6) 및 그것들 사이에 가랑이부(7)를 가지며, 물품의 후방부(6) 및 물품의 전방부(5)에 부착된 또는 부착되게 되어있는 벨트(9)를 더 구비하고 있으며, 물품을 팬티모양 형상으로 생각할때 벨트(9)가 팬티의 허리부분의 일부를 형성하고, 벨트(9)가 벨트의 외부를 형성하게 되어있는 캐리어재료(11) 및 사용자와 직접 접촉하는 벨트의 내부를 형성하는 부직재료(12)의 유연한 라미네이트를 포함하는, 액체 투과성 상부시트(2), 액체 불투과성 배면시트(3) 및 그것들 사이에 둘러싸인 흡수체(4)를 포함하는 기저귀 및 요실금 보호대와 같은 흡수물품에 있어서,
    상기 라미네이트가 5 이상의 Kawabata에 따른 Shinyakasa값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물품.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부직재료(12)가 스펀본드재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물품.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부직재료(12)가 카디드재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물품.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐리어재료(11)가 물품의 전방부(5)에 배치된 테이프부재, 후크 및 루프 패스너 등의 형태의 부착수단(8)에 대한 수용표면으로서 적합한 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물품.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐리어재료(11) 및 부직재료(12)가 8g/m2보다 크지 않은 양의 접착제로 함께 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물품.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부직재료(11)의 기준중량이 적어도 20g/m2, 바람직하게는 20과 100g/m2사이 및 좀더 바람직하게는 30과 60g/m2사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물품.
