Claims (23)
- 결정성 폴리올레핀(a) 10~90중량부와, 올레핀계 공중합체 고무(b) 90~10중량부(성분(a) 및 (b)의 합계양은 100중량부)와, 200℃, 대기압, 1시간에서의 증발 감량이 0.4중량% 이하이고, 동점도(40℃)가 50~250cSt인 파라핀계의 광물유 연화제(c) 3~100중량부로 되는, 완전 또는 부분 가교된 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,광물유 연화제(c)의 점도 지수가 90~110인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,광물유 연화제(c)의 인화점이 200~290℃이고, 유동점이 -20~-10℃인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,가교제가 유기 퍼옥사이드인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,겔 함량이 98중량% 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,가교제가 페놀계 가황제(phenolic curative)인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,겔 함량이 98중량% 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,DIN 75201의 A법을 따라 측정한 100℃, 3시간에서의 헤이즈가3% 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.

- 제9항 기재의 제조방법에 의하여 얻어지는 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,동적 열처리 후에, 이하의 조건 :Q ≥0.1 이고, 또한 t≥2-(T-110)/10(단 Q는 건조시에 공급되는 피처리물 단위 중량당의 열풍양(m3/(시간·kg)), t는 열처리 시간(시간), T는 피처리물에 닿기 직전의 열풍 온도(℃)를 표시한다.)으로 정적으로 열처리함으로써 얻어지는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 결정성 프로필렌계 수지(a') 10~90중량부와, 올레핀계 공중합체 고무(b) 90~10중량부(성분(a') 및 (b)의 합계양은 100중량부)와, 폴리에틸렌 수지(d) 3~30중량부와, 200℃, 대기압, 1시간에서의 증발 감량이 0.4중량% 이하이고, 동점도(40℃)가 50~250cSt인 파라핀계의 광물유 연화제(c) 3~100중량부로 되는, 완전 또는 부분 가교된 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서,동적 열처리 후에, 이하의 조건:Q ≥0.1 이고, 또한 t≥2-(T-110)/10(단 Q는 건조시에 공급되는 피처리물 단위 중량당의 열풍양(m3/(시간·kg)), t는 열처리 시간(시간), T는 피처리물에 닿기 직전의 열풍 온도(℃)를 표시한다.)으로 정적으로 열처리함으로써 얻어지는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제12항 기재의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물로 되는 부재와, 유리로 되는 부재를 포함하여 되는 전기 기기 또는 수송 기계.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물로 되는 부재와, 상기 유리로 되는 부재가 동일한 밀폐 공간내에 배설되어 있는 전기 기기 또는 수송 기계.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물로 되는 부재와, 상기 유리로 되는 부재가 가장 근접하는 부분에서 1m이하의 거리를 두고 배설되어 있는 전기 기기 또는 수송 기계.
- 에틸렌계 공중합체 고무(A) 40~85중량부, 올레핀계 수지(B) 60~15중량부 및 연화제(C) 45중량부 이하[성분(A), (B) 및 (C)의 합계양은 100중량부로 함]를 함유하는 혼합물을, 가교제의 존재하에서 동적으로 열처리하여 얻어진, 10g의 펠렛을 사용하여 DIN 75201의 A법에 의거하여 100℃, 3시간의 조건에서 포깅 시험한 때의 유리판의 광택값이80% 이상이고, 또한 헤이즈값이10% 이하인 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서,동적 열처리 후에, 이하의 조건:Q ≥0.1 이고, 또한 t≥2-(T-110)/10(단 Q는 건조시에 공급되는 피처리물 단위 중량당의 열풍양(m3/(시간·kg)), t는 열처리 시간(시간), T는 피처리물에 닿기 직전의 열풍 온도(℃)를 표시한다.)으로 정적으로 열처리함으로써 얻어지는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서,가교제가 1분자내에 2개의 퍼옥사이드 결합을 갖는 2관능성의 유기 과산화물이고, 그 분해물인 디올이 펠렛중에 잔존하고 있는 농도가 30ppm이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 동적 열처리 후에, 이하의 조건:Q ≥0.1 이고, 또한 t≥2-(T-110)/10(단 Q는 건조시에 공급되는 피처리물 단위 중량당의 열풍양(m3/(시간·kg)), t는 열처리 시간(시간), T는 피처리물에 닿기 직전의 열풍 온도(℃)를 표시한다.)으로 정적으로 열처리함으로써 얻어지는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제17항 내지 제20항 중 어느 1항 기재의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물을 성형하여 얻어지는 성형체.
- 제21항에 있어서,성형체가 자동차 내장 부품인 성형체.
