Claims (6)
- 각각 0.2% 이하의 C, Al, Ti, V, Nb 과, 각각 1% 이하의 Si, Mn과, 질소 고정을 위해 요구되는 함량의 붕소(0.78 × N))를 함유하고 잔부는 철과 불가피한 불순물로 되는 저합금강으로부터 냉연 스트립 또는 시트를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 강을 용융시킨 후에 슬래브, 박 슬래브 또는 스트립으로 주조하고, 1100℃를 초과하는 시작 온도와 Ar3아래에 위치하는 마무리 온도에서 열연하고, 그 다음, 상기 열간 스트립을 650℃ 미만의 온도에서 코일링하고 그리고 냉연하고, 냉연 스트립을 520℃ 내지 780℃ 온도범위의 냉연 수준에 무관하고 강 조성에 따라 가능한 한 낮은 온도에서 완전한 재결정화를 위해 충분한 시간 동안 소둔시키는 냉연 스트립 또는 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 냉연시 상기 스트립은 냉연 스텝들 사이에서 일회 이상 중간 소둔되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연 스트립 또는 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 0.01% 미만의 C를 갖고 미량 합금 원소가 없는 강에 적용되고, 그리고 임의의 C 함량과 미량 합금 원소를 갖는 강에 적용되며, 재결정 소둔은 연속 소둔 설비에서 700℃ 내지 780℃ 범위의 온도에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연 스트립 또는 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 0.1% 초과의 C를 갖고 미량 합금 원소가 없는 강에 적용되며, 재결정 소둔은 연속 소둔 설비에서 600℃ 내지 680℃ 범위의 온도에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연 스트립 또는 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 0.01% 미만의 C를 갖고 미량 합금 원소가 없는 강에 적용되고, 그리고 임의의 C 함량과 미량 합금 원소를 갖는 강에 적용되며, 재결정 소둔은 배치 소둔 설비에서 600℃ 내지 680℃ 범위의 온도에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연 스트립 또는 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 0.1% 초과의 C를 갖고 미량 합금 원소가 없는 강에 적용되며, 재결정 소둔은 배치 소둔 설비에서 520℃ 내지 600℃ 범위의 온도에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연 스트립 또는 시트의 제조 방법.
