Claims (2)
- 반응기의 온도를 40내지 55℃로 한 다음 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 폴리히드록시화합물 850내지 970중량%를 넣어 교반하는 공정,교반에 의하여 폴리히드록시화합물의 내부온도가 상기한 온도에 도달하면 순수한 물 20내지 40중량%, 아민계 촉매 1 내지 10중량%, 카스터유 20내지 40중량%, 탈크 10내지 20중량%, 정포제 10 내지 25중량% 그리고 기포안정제 2내지 5.5중량%를 배합한 다음 250내지 300 rpm으로 50분내지 70분간 교반처리하는 공정,교반이 끝난 후 안료 4내지 5중량%를 첨가후 교반속도 250내지 260rpm으로 30내지 40분간 안료배합하는 공정그리고 일정한 형태의 금형에 주입하여 발포처리하는 공정으로 구성된 고탄성 발포우레탄수지의 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,카스터유는 글리세릴트리리시놀레이트가 약 70%이고 글리세릴디리시놀레이트, 모노올레이트 또는 모노리놀레이트가 약 30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄성 발포우레탄의 제조방법.
