Claims (26)
- 유기물 함유 불소 배수를 생물 진흙(26) 및 칼슘을 함유하는 화학 진흙(28)을 도입한 반응조(3)에서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 방법.
- 유기물 함유 불소 배수를 생물 진흙(26) 및 칼슘을 함유하는 화학 진흙(28)을 도입한 반응조(3)에서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 반응조(3)가 막분리 장치(9)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 막분리 장치(9)가 액중막인 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 반응조(3)가 막분리 장치(9)를 갖는 폭기존(3-1), 생물 진흙 존(3-2), 화학 진흙 존(3-3)이 순차로 위에서 밑으로 향하여 배치된 구성으로 되어 있고,상기 반응조(3)의 하부에서 유기물 함유 불소 배수를 도입하여 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 반응조(3)의 화학 진흙 존(3-3)에 미반응 약품(29)을 함유하는 침전조(19)로부터의 반송 진흙을 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 반응조(3)가 그 화학 진흙 존(3-3)과 통하는 침전부(6)를 갖고, 또한 그 침전부(6)의 진흙을 농축조(22)로 도입하여 농축한 후 탈수 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기물 함유 불소 배수의 유기물이 IPA나 아세톤에 연유되는 유기물과 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 액중막(9)이 한외여과막 또는 정밀여과막인 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 생물 진흙 존(3-2)이 농축 생물 진흙(26)으로 구성되고, 상기 화학 진흙 존(3-3)이 농축 화학 진흙(28)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 반응조(3)가 폭기 존(3-1) 및 생물 진흙 존(3-2) 사이에 분리벽(33)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 막분리 장치(9)를 갖는 폭기 존(3-1), 생물 진흙 존(3-2), 침전부(6)와 통하는 화학 진흙 존(3-3)으로 구성되고, 화학 진흙(28)과 생물 진흙(26)이 도입되는 반응조(3);소석회가 첨가되는 소석회 반응조(14);폴리염화알루미늄이 첨가되는 폴리염화알루미늄 응집조(16);고분자 응집제가 첨가되는 고분자 응집제 응집조(17);고액분리하기 위한 침전조(19);유기물 함유 불소 배수를 상기 조에 순차로 도입하여 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 침전조(19)에 침전한 진흙을 상기 반응조(3)의 화학진흙 존(3-3)으로 반송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 막분리 장치(9)로부터의 피처리수 중 일부를 수지탑(36)으로 도입하여 처리하고, 그 처리수와 상기 침전조(19)로부터의 처리수를 합류시켜 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 막분리 장치(9)로부터의 피처리수 중 일부를 이온 교환 수지탑(37)에 도입하여 처리하고, 상기 침전조(19)로부터의 처리수와 합류시켜 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 막분리 장치(9)로부터의 피처리수 중 일부를 킬레이트 수지탑(38)에 도입하여 처리하고, 상기 침전조(19)로부터의 처리수와 합류시켜 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 막분리 장치(9)로부터 피처리수 중 일부를 활성탄탑(39), 이온 교환 수지탑(37), 역삼투막 장치(40)에 도입하여 처리하고, 초순물 제조 장치(41)에 도입하여 재이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 막분리 장치(9)를 갖는 폭기 존(3-1), 생물 진흙 존(3-2), 침전부(6)와 통하는 화학 진흙 존(3-3)으로 구성되고, 화학 진흙(28)과 생물 진흙(26)이 도입되는 반응조(3);소석회가 첨가되는 소석회 반응조(14);폴리염화알루미늄이 첨가되는 폴리염화알루미늄 응집조(16);고분자 응집제가 첨가되는 고분자 응집제 응집조(17);고액분리하기 위한 막분리 장치(99)를 갖는 막분리조(42),유기물 함유 불소 배수를 상기 조에 순차로 도입하여 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 호기성 미생물이 번식하고 막분리 장치를 갖는 폭기 존(3-1), 혐기성 미생물이 번식하고 있는 생물 진흙 존(3-2), 칼슘이 존재하고 침전부(6)와 통하는 화학 진흙 존(3-3)으로 구성되고, 화학 진흙(28)과 생물 진흙(26)이 도입되는 반응조(3);소석회가 첨가되는 소석회 반응조(14);폴리염화알루미늄이 첨가되는 폴리염화알루미늄 응집조(16);고분자 응집제가 첨가되는 고분자 응집제 응집조(17);고액분리하기 위한 침전조(19);과산화수소와 유기물을 함유한 불소 배수를 상기 조에 순차로 도입하여 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.

- 칼슘을 함유하는 화학 진흙이 도입되고 또한, 막분리 장치(9)를 갖는 반응조(51);소석회가 첨가되는 소석회 반응조(14);폴리염화알루미늄이 첨가되는 폴리염화알루미늄 응집조(16);고분자 응집제가 첨가되는 고분자 응집제 응집조(17);고액분리하기 위한 침전조(19)에 불소 배수를 순차로 도입하여 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
- 칼슘을 함유하는 화학 진흙이 도입되고 또한, 제 1 막분리 장치(7)를 갖는 반응조(51);소석회가 첨가되는 소석회 반응조(14);폴리염화알루미늄이 첨가되는 폴리염화알루미늄 응집조(16);고분자 응집제가 첨가되는 고분자 응집제 응집조(17);제 2 막분리 장치(9)를 갖는 막분리조(42)에서 불소 배수를 순차로 도입하여 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수 처리 장치.
