Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- a) 산소 함량이 높은 기체를 오존 발생기에 도입시켜서 오존을 생성시키고;b) 오존을 대기압에서 접촉 탱크에 전달하여 산소화되고 오존화된 액체를 생성시키고;c) 산소화되고 오존화된 액체를 인라인 초음속 혼합기의 접촉 루프에 전달하여 실질적으로 순수한 과포화 산소화되고 오존화된 액체를 생성시키는 것으로 포함하여 과포화 산소화된 액체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산소 함량이 높은 기체가 순수한 산소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 오존화된 액체를 산소와 액체로 분해시키는 것을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서, 산소화되고 오존화된 액체 혼합물을 인라인 초음속 혼합기의 접촉 루프에 전달하는 것이, 1분당 약 25 내지 약 75 갤론의 유량에서 액체의 압력을 약 50psig에서 90psig로 증가시키기 위해 원심분리 펌프에서 일어남을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 순수한 과포화 산소화되고 오존화된 액체를 접촉 탱크에 재순환시키는 것을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- a) 산소 함량이 높은 기체를 오존 발생기에 도입시켜서 오존을 생성시키고;b) 오존을 대기압에서 접촉 탱크에 전달하여 산소화되고 오존화된 액체를 생성시키고;c) 산소화되고 오존화된 액체를 인라인 초음속 혼합기의 접촉 루프에 전달하여 실질적으로 순수한 과포화 산소화되고 오존화된 액체를 생성시키고;d) 실질적으로 순수한 과포화 산소화되고 오존화된 액체를 병에 충전시키고 캡핑시키는 것을 포함하여 병에 담겨진 과포화 산소화된 액체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 단계 (c) 후에 실질적으로 순수한 산소화되고 오존화된 액체로부터의 과포화 산소의 방출을 촉진시키기 위해 압력을 하강시키는 것을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 액체 수준을 유지시키고 공기가 병으로부터 배출되는 것을 방지하기 위해 실질적으로 순수한 과포화 산소화되고 오존화된 액체를 가압 충전시키는 것을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 공기를 병으로부터 배출시키기 위해, 충전 전에, 산소와 오존을 사용하여 역압을 병에 가하는 것을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서, 산소화되고 오존화된 액체 혼합물을 인라인 초음속 혼합기의 접촉 루프에 전달하는 것이, 1분당 약 25 내지 약 75 갤론의 유량에서 액체의 압력을 약 50psig에서 90psig로 증가시키기 위해 원심분리 펌프에서 일어남을 특징으로 하는 방법.
