Claims (8)
- 워크 피스와 공구 전극과의 사이에 방전을 발생시키면서 공구 전극을 워크 피스로 향하여 수직 방향으로 이동시킴으로써 워크 피스를 가공하는 방전 가공 장치에 있어서,수직 방향으로 이동 가능한 퀼과,퀼의 하단에 장착된, 공구 전극을 장착하는 전극 장착 장치와,퀼의 중심축에 관하여 대칭으로 퀼에 장착된 2개이상의 리니어 모터의 이동자와,2개의 이동자의 각각에 마주대하는 2개이상의 리니어 모터의 고정자와,밸런스 력의 작용선이 퀼의 중심축에 일치하도록 퀼에 작용하는 중력을 균형 잡는 밸런스 장치를 포함하는 방전 가공 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸런스 장치는 퀼과 동축으로 배치된 에어 실린더를 포함하는 방전 가공 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 퀼은 그의 중심에 수직방향으로 연장하는 구멍을 갖고, 에어 실린더가 그의 구멍 내에 배치되는 방전 가공 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸런스 장치는 퀼과 동축으로 퀼에 고정된 실린더, 실린더의 내벽에 활주 이동 가능한 피스톤과, 피스톤에 접속된 고정 피스톤 로드를 포함하는 방전 가공 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 로드에 제동력을 주는 브레이크 장치를 추가로 포함하는 방전 가공 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 로드와 평행하게 연장되는 가동축과, 가동축과 퀼을 연결하는 수평으로 연장되는 교판과, 가동축에 제동력을 주는 브레이크 장치를 포함하는 방전 가공 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극 장착 장치는 퀼과 동축에 배치된 방전 가공 장치.
- 워크 피스와 공구 전극과의 사이에 방전을 발생시키면서 공구 전극을 워크 피스로 향하여 수직 방향으로 이동시킴으로써 워크 피스를 가공하는 방전 가공 장치에 있어서,수직 방향으로 이동 가능한 퀼과,퀼의 하단에 장착된 공구 전극을 장착하는 전극 장착 장치와,퀼의 중심축에 관하여 대칭으로 퀼에 장착된 2개이상의 리니어 모터의 이동자와,2개의 이동자의 각각에 마주대하는 2개 이상의 리니어 모터의 고정자와,퀼과 평행하게 고정된 실린더와,실린더의 내벽에 활주 이동 가능한 피스톤과,피스톤으로 접속된 피스톤 로드와,퀼에 고정된 퀼과 동축으로 연장하는 지지 로드와,피스톤 로드와 지지 로드를 연결하는 수평으로 연장하는 교판을 포함하는 방전 가공 장치.
