- 제 1 항에 있어서, SEQ ID NO: 2 의 아미노산 33 부터 674 의 아미노산과 최소한 50 % 동일한, 예컨대 최소한 70 % 동일한, 바람직하게는 SEQ ID NO: 2 의 아미노산 33 부터 674 까지의 아미노산과 최소한 95 % 동일한 아미노산 서열을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, SEQ ID NO: 2 의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, SEQ ID NO: 2 의 아미노산 서열 또는 그것의 단편, 예컨대 SEQ ID NO: 2 의 아미노산 33 내지 674 로 구성되는 단편으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,(a) 37 ℃ 에서 측정되는 바 pH 5.0 내지 8.5 의 pH 범위에서 아미노펩티다제 활성을 가지고 있고,(b) 7.4 내지 8.5 의 등전점을 가지고 있으며,(c) 트리스-HCl 완충액중에서 Gly-pNA 를 사용하여 pH 7.5 에서 측정되는 바, 20 내지 55 ℃ 의 온도 범위에서 아미노펩티다제 활성을 가지고 있고,(d) Ala-pNA, Gly-pNA, Leu-pNA, Glu-pNA, Asp-pNA, Lys-pNA, Ile-pNA 및 Val-pNA를 가수분해하고,(e) Phe-pNA 또는 Pro-pNA를 가수분해하지 않으며,(f) 페닐메탄술포닐 플루오라이드에 의하여 억제되지 않고, EDTA, 디-이소프로필 플루오로 포스페이트, p-클로로머큐리벤조산 및 요오도아세트산에 의하여 약간 억제되며, o-페난트롤린에 의해 완전히 억제되고, 및/또는(g) 스핑고모나스 속에 속하는 스트레인으로부터 얻어지고 67±5 kDa 의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.

- 제 7 항에 있어서, 스핑고모나스 캡슐라타 스트레인으로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 대장균 NRRL B-30032 에 함유된 플라스미드 pMRT004.1-14 에 함유되어 있는 핵산 서열에 의해 코드화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1 항 내지 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, SEQ ID NO: 2 의 아미노펩티다제 활성의 최소한 20 % 를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1 항 내지 9 항중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드와 동일한 아미노펩티다제 활성을 가지고 있는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1 항의 폴리펩티드를 코드화하는 핵산 서열을 포함하고 있는 단리된 핵산 서열.
- SEQ ID NO: 1 의 성숙한 폴리펩티드 코딩 핵산 서열에 최소한 하나의 돌연변이를 가지고 있는 핵산 서열을 포함하는 단리된 핵산 서열로서, 돌연변이 핵산 서열이 SEQ ID NO: 2 의 아미노산 33 내지 674 로 구성되는 폴리펩티드를 코드화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단리된 핵산 서열.
- (a) SEQ ID NO: 1 의 서열, 또는 그것의 상보하는 가닥, 또는 최소한 100 개의 뉴클레오티드의 서열과 DNA 를 스트린전시가 낮은 조건하에서, 바람직하게는 중간정도의 엄격한 조건하에서, 보다 바람직하게는 스트린전시가 높은 조건하에서 혼성화시키는 단계; 그리고 (b) 핵산 서열을 단리하는 단계에 의하여 생성되는 단리된 핵산 서열.
- 적당한 발현 숙주에서 폴리펩티드의 생성을 지정하는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조절 서열에 작동가능하게 연결되어 있는, 제 12 항 내지 14 항중 어느 한 항의 핵산 서열을 포함하고 있는 핵산 구성물.
- 제 15 항의 핵산 구성물을 포함하고 있는 재조합 발현 벡터.
- 제 15 항의 핵산 구성물을 포함하고 있는 재조합 숙주 세포.
- (a) SEQ ID NO: 1 의 성숙한 폴리펩티드 코딩 서열안에 하나 또는 둘 이상의 돌연변이를 도입하는 단계, 그로써 돌연변이된 핵산 서열이 SEQ ID NO: 2 의 아미노산 33 내지 674 를 코드화하는 단계; 그리고(b) 돌연변이체 핵산 서열을 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는, 돌연변이 핵산 서열의 제조 방법.

- (a) 폴리펩티드를 포함하는 상층액을 제조하기 위하여 스트레인을 배양하는 단계; 그리고(b) 그 폴리펩티드를 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는, 제 1 항 내지 11 항중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드의 제조 방법.
- 제 21 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리펩티드.
- (a) 폴리펩티드의 생성에 적당한 조건하에서, 폴리펩티드를 코드화하는 핵산 서열을 포함하고 있는 핵산 구성물을 포함하고 있는 숙주 세포를 배양하는 단계; 그리고(b) 그 폴리펩티드를 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는, 제 1 항 내지 11 항중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드의 제조 방법.
- 제 23 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리펩티드.
- (a) 폴리펩티드의 생성을 유도할 수 있는 조건하에서, SEQ ID NO: 1 의 성숙한 폴리펩티드 코딩 영역에 최소한 하나의 돌연변이를 가지고 있는, SEQ ID NO: 2 의 아미노산 33 내지 674 로 구성되는 폴리펩티드를 코드화하는, SEQ ID NO: 1 의 돌연변이 핵산 서열을 포함하는 숙주 세포를 배양하는 단계; 그리고(b) 그 폴리펩티드를 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는, 폴리펩티드의 제조 방법.
- 제 25 항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1 항 내지 11 항중 어느 한 항의 폴리펩티드를 코드화하는 핵산 서열 또는 그것의 조절 서열을 파괴하거나 결실시킴으로써, 모 세포보다 폴리펩티드를 적게 생성하는 돌연변이 세포를 생성하는 것으로 이루어지는, 모 세포의 돌연변이체의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 돌연변이 세포.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 추가로 이종성 단백질을 코드화하는 핵산 서열을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 돌연변이 세포.
