Claims (14)
- 반응을 수성 수산화 알칼리 금속 또는 수산화 알칼리 토금속 또는 이들의 혼합물의 존재하에서 수행함을 포함하는, 원소상 황인 및 할로겐화 알킬로 부터 알킬포스폰산 및 디알킬포스핀산의 알칼리 금속 염 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 염의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 수성 수산화 알칼리 금속 또는 수산화 알칼리 토금속 또는 이들의 혼합물 및 유기 용매의 2-상 계내에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 있어서, 할로겐화 알킬로서, 염화 메틸 또는 브롬화 메틸이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 용매로서, 비분지된 또는 분지된 알칸, 알킬-치환된 방향족 용매, 수-비혼화성 또는 부분적으로만 수-혼화성인, 알코올 또는 에테르가 단독으로 또는 서로 배합된 상태로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 용매로서, 톨루엔이 단독으로 또는 알코올과 배합된 상태로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 상-전이 촉매의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상-전이 촉매가 할로겐화 테트라알킬포스포늄, 할로겐화 트리페닐알킬포스포늄 또는 할로겐화 테트라오가닐암모늄인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 -20 내지 +60℃인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 0 내지 30℃인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 0 내지 10bar의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황인이 용매 또는 용매 혼합물에 현탁된 후, 할로겐화 알킬 및 화학식 MOH 또는 M'(OH)2의 화합물(여기서, M은 알칼리 금속이고 M'은 알칼리 토금속이다) 또는 이들의 혼합물과 반응되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황인과 할로겐화 알킬이 1:1 내지 1:3의 몰비로 서로 반응되고, 황인과 화학식 MOH 또는 M'(OH)2의 화합물이 1:1 내지 1:5의 몰비로 서로 반응되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 후에 수득한 2-상 계가 분리되고 추가로 처리되는 방법.
- 방염제, 추출 매질 및 식물 보호 조성물을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법으로 제조된 알킬포스폰산 및 디알킬포스핀산의 알칼리 금속 염 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 염의 용도.
