Claims (2)
- 나사축부(1)의 상단에 큰 지름의 머리부(2)를 구비한 볼트(A)로서, 상기 머리부(2)의 좌면(3)이 한 방향으로 기울어지는 완만한 경사면으로 형성되어 있고, 이 경사좌면(3)의 경사각도가, 볼트(A)를 나사구멍(B)에 비틀어 넣어서 피체결부재 (C)에 소정의 토크로 체결할 때에, 볼트머리부(2)의 경사좌면(3)이 피체결부재(C)의 상면에 압접하여 피체결부재(C)에의 면압과, 볼트축 재단방향으로의 압력이 동시에 발생하는 것이 가능한 각도범위 내로 설정되어 있는 풀림 방지용 볼트.
- 나사축부(1)의 상단에 큰 지름의 머리부(2)를 구비하고, 그 머리부(2)의 좌면(3)을 한 방향으로 기울어지는 완만한 경사면으로 형성한 볼트(A)를 형성하고, 이 볼트(A)를 나사구멍(B)에 비틀어 넣어서 피체결부재(C)에 소정의 토크로 체결하는 것에 의해, 볼트머리부(2)의 경사좌면(3)을 피체결부재(C)의 상면에 압접시켜, 이것에 의해 피체결부재(C)에 대한 면압과, 볼트축방향으로의 압력을 동시에 발생시켜서 볼트를 풀림 방지하도록 한 풀림 방지 방법.
