Claims (14)
- (a) 약 15 내지 약 42 중량%의 디페닐메탄 이소시아네이트,(b) 성분 (a)와 성분 (b)의 비율이 약 0.2 내지 약 1.8이도록 하는 양의 폴리페닐렌 폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트의 3환 올리고머, 및(c) 폴리페닐렌 폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트의 고급 동족체를 포함하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트의 3환 올리고머가 하기 화학식을 갖는 조성물.(상기식에서, n = 1임)
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트의 고급 동족체가 하기 화학식을 갖는 조성물.(상기식에서, n > 1임)
- 제1항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 양이 약 20 내지 약 40%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 양이 약 24 내지 약 38%인 조성물.
- 제1항의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물을 불화탄화수소 발포제의 존재하에 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 불화탄화수소의 양이 조성물의 약 2 내지 약 20 중량%인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 불화탄화수소의 양이 조성물의 약 4 내지 약 15 중량%인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 불화탄화수소가 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245fa); 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로부탄(HFC 365mfc); 1,1,1,4,4,4-헵타플루오로부탄(HFC 356mff); 1,1-디플루오로에탄(HFC 152a); 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFC 134a) 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물을 탄화수소 발포제의 존재하에 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탄화수소의 양이 조성물의 약 2 내지 약 20 중량%인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탄화수소의 양이 조성물의 약 4 내지 약 15 중량%인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 부탄, 이소부탄, 이소펜탄, n-펜탄, 시클로펜탄, 1-펜텐, n-헥산, 이소-헥산, 1-헥산, n-헵탄, 이소헵탄 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 80:20 내지 99:1 중량부 비율의 이소펜탄과 n-펜탄의 블렌드인 방법.
