Claims (8)
- 소결광의 제조방법은,철광분과 보조재료와 수용액을 반죽하여 혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 수용액은 상기 철광분과 반응하는 수용성화합물을 함유하여 용융점 1200℃ 이하인 반응생성물을 생성하는 단계와 ;상기 반죽단계에 의해 얻어진 혼합물을 과립화하여 과립(granules)을 생성하는 단계와 ;상기 과립화단계에서 생성된 과립을 소결하여 소결광을 얻는 단계와로 구성되는 소결광의 제조방법(A process for producing sintered iron ore).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용액은 철광분과 반응하는 수용성화합물을 함유하여 용융점 550~900℃의 온도범위를 가진 반응생성물을 형성하는 소결광의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성화합물은 아크마이트(acmite)를 기본으로 한 화합물로 되는 소결광의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성화합물은 규산소다(sodium silicate)로 되는 소결광의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 수용액에서의 규산소다의 함량은 0.01~1.0질량%의 범위에 있는 소결광의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 수용액에서의 규산소다의 함량은 그 중에서도 0.01~0.3질량%의 범위에 있도록 한 소결광의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성화합물은 인산을 기본으로 한 화합물인 소결광의 제조방법.
- 특허청구범위 제 1 항의 소결광제조방법으로 제조되는 소결광(Sintered ore).
