Claims (7)
- 차량의 드라이버에 의해 조작이 가능한 제동압력 발생기 (1) 와,휠 브레이크 (17,18) 및 이 휠 브레이크의 압력을 소정의 제어 알고리즘에 따라 조절하는 압력조절밸브 (11,12,15,16) 에 연결된 하나 이상의 제동회로와,휠 브레이크 압력의 조절을 위해, 제동회로로부터 제거된 압력유체를 균형화시키도록 그 압력유체를 제동회로에 토출하는 펌프 (7) 와,제동압력 발생기 (1) 와 연결 제동회로 사이의 분리밸브 (10) 와,독립력 제동작동을 얻기 위한 충전단계 및 제어단계중에, 압력유체를 펌프의 흡입측에 토출하도록 체인지-오버 밸브 (9) 를 통해 압력측 출구가 펌프 (7) 의 흡입측에 연결되어 있는 프리차징 압력 발생기 (2,8) 와,센서 신호를 평가하여 상기 펌프와 밸브들에 변환신호를 내보내는 제어장치를 포함하는 유압식 차량 제동장치에 있어서,상기 체인지-오버 밸브 (9) 는 폐쇄위치, 개방위치, 및 스로틀위치의 3 개의 변환위치를 가지며, 상기 제어장치는 독립력 제동작동에 있어서 제어단계에서 상기 체인지-오버 밸브 (9) 를 스로틀위치로 하도록 구성되고, 또한 상기 제어장치는 충전단계에서 상기 체인지-오버 밸브 (9) 를 개방위치로 하는 하나 이상의 제어 알고리즘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 제동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 충전단계에서 얻어질 개시 제동압력을 결정하고 또한 그 결정된 개시 제동압력이 상기 프리차징 압력 발생기에 의해 발생되는 압력보다 더 작은 경우에 충전단계에서 상기 체인지-오버 밸브 (9) 를 폐쇄위치에 유지하는 의사결정 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 제동장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 체인지-오버 밸브 (9) 는, 가동력이 동일할 때에 입구압력의 기능으로서 스로틀위치 또는 개방위치로 변환하는 쌍안정 밸브로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 제동장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 변환밸브 (9) 는 파일럿 밸브와 주 밸브로 이루어지는 평행하게 연결된 2 개의 밸브 (41,42) 를 가지며, 타방의 밸브의 밸브 폐쇄부재상에 일방의 밸브의 밸브시트가 제공되며, 양쪽의 밸브 폐쇄부재는 하나의 단일 가동 태핏 (37) 에 의해 작동이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 제동장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 주 밸브의 밸브 폐쇄부재 (23) 는 상기 가동 태핏 (37) 에 로스트 모션 클러치 (24) 에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 제동장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 체인지-오버 밸브 (9) 는 그의 비가동위치에서 폐쇄되고, 상기 주 밸브의 밸브 폐쇄부재 (23) 는, 그 밸브 폐쇄부재 (23) 에 소정의 압력차가 작용할때에 가동력이 주 밸브 (42) 를 변환하기에 충분하지 않도록, 밸브의 입구실 (43) 에 인접한 작용면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 제동장치.
- 전항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는 상기 밸브를 개방위치로부터 스로틀위치로 변환시키도록 변환신호 시퀀스를 발생하고, 상기 체인지-오버 밸브 (9) 의 전자 가동은 그 체인지-오버 밸브가 폐쇄되도록 초기에 비통전상태로 되고, 이어서 상기 입구실에 초기 압력이 적용될때에 상기 체인지-오버 밸브 (9) 가 스로틀위치로 이동되도록 변환신호가 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 제동장치.
