Claims (4)
- 압축기(55), 연소기(11) 및 적어도 3개의 단을 포함하는 터빈 섹션(10)을 포함하는 육상용 가스 터빈에 있어서,압축기(55)로부터 제 3 단 노즐(N3)까지 냉각 공기를 공급하기 위하여 상기 압축기(55)로부터 상기 제 3 단 노즐(N3)내로의 흡입구(56)와; 상기 제 3 단 노즐(N3) 및 연관된 격막(64)의 각 에어포일(50, 52)을 통하여 로터와 상기 격막(64) 사이에 환형의 공간(74)내로 실질적으로 반경방향으로 이어진 적어도 하나의 통로(60, 62, 64, 70)와; 상기 환형의 공간(74)과 상기 제 3 단의 개별 버킷(B3) 사이를 연통하는 통로(76, 82)를 포함하는, 냉각 회로를 포함하는육상용 가스 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 단 노즐(N3)이 다수의 부분 환형의 세그먼트(48)를 포함하고, 상기 각 세그먼트가 2개의 노즐 에어포일(50, 52)을 구비하며, 상기 흡입구(56)가 각 세그먼트에 냉각 공기를 공급하는 파이프(58, 58a)를 포함하고, 상기 파이프가 상기 2개의 노즐 에어포일(50, 52) 각각에 냉각 공기를 공급하는육상용 가스 터빈.
- 가스 터빈(10)의 하나의 단(16)을 냉각시키는 방법에 있어서,ⓐ 터빈 압축기(55)로부터 냉각 공기를 추출하는 단계와;ⓑ 상기 가스 터빈의 상기 하나의 단에 인접한 고정 노즐(N3)에 냉각 공기를 공급하는 단계와;ⓒ 상기 고정 노즐(N3)로부터 상기 하나의 터빈 단(74, 76, 82, 86)내의 다수의 버킷(B3)까지 상기 냉각 공기를 위한 경로(56, 58, 60, 62, 68, 70, 72, 74, 76, 82, 86)를 설치하는 단계와;ⓓ 상기 다수의 버킷(B3)을 통과하여 반경방향 외향으로 상기 냉각 공기를 흐르게 하고, 상기 버킷의 반경방향 외부 팁으로부터 상기 냉각 공기를 배출하는 단계를 포함하는가스 터빈의 하나의 단을 냉각시키는 방법.
- 압축기(55), 연소기(11) 및 적어도 3개의 단(12, 14, 16)을 포함하는 터빈 섹션을 포함하는 육상용 가스 터빈에 있어서,가스 터빈 압축기(55)로부터 고정 노즐(N3)까지 냉각 공기를 공급하기 위한 수단과;상기 노즐에서부터 상기 고정 노즐에 인접한 터빈 단 하류의 개별 버킷까지 냉각 기류 경로를 설치하기 위한 수단(56, 58, 60, 62, 68, 70, 72, 74, 76, 82, 86)을 포함하는, 냉각 회로를 포함하는육상용 가스 터빈.
