Claims (43)
- 인터페론과, 산성 아미노산, 아르기닌 및 글리신으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 아미노산인 약 0.3 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 안정화제로 이루어지며, 사전 동결 건조시키지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 표면이 인터페론에 비활성인 물질로 코팅되는, 상기 액체 조성물을 함유하는 용기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인터페론은 인터페론-베타 또는 재조합하여 생성된 인터페론인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, pH가 약 4.0 내지 약 7.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, pH가 약 4.8 내지 5.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, pH가 5.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 산성 아미노산이 글루탐산인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아르기닌이 아르기닌-HCl인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.

- 인터페론-베타와, (a) 150 mM 아르기닌; (b) 100 mM 염화나트륨 및 70 mM 글리신; (c)150 mM 아르기닌 및 15 mg/ml 사람 혈청 알부민; (d) 150 mM 아르기닌 및 계면활성제; (d) 140 mM 염화나트륨; (e) 140 mM 염화나트륨 및 15 mg/ml 사람 혈청 알부민; 및 (f) 140 mM 염화나트륨 및 계면활성제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 안정화제를 포함하며, 사전 동결 건조시키지 않은 pH 5.0의 20 mM 아세트산 완충제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 0.1%(w/v) 플루로닉 F-68인 것을 특징으로 하는 완충제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 아르기닌은 아르기닌-HCl인 것을 특징으로 하는 완충제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 완충제를 포함하며, 완충제와 접촉하는 하나 이상의 표면이 실리콘 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 물질로 코팅되는 용기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충제.
- 제15항에 있어서, 용기가 주사기인 것을 특징으로 하는 완충제.
- 인터페론-베타 및 170 mM L-글루탐산을 포함하며, 사전 동결 건조시키지 않은 pH 5.0의 액체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 글리신을 포함하며, 염을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 15 mg/ml 사람 혈청 알부민 및 0.1%(w/v) 플루로닉 F-68로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 성분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 인터페론-베타와, (a) 140 mM 아르기닌; 및 (b) 70 mM 글리신과 조합한 100 mM 염화나트륨으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 안정화제를 포함하며, 사전 동결 건조시키지 않은 pH 7.2의 20 mM 인산 완충제.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 액체를 포함하며, 완충제와 접촉하는 하나 이상의 표면이 실리콘 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 물질로 코팅되는 용기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제20항에 있어서, 용기가 주사기인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 포유류에게 비경구 투여하기에 적합하고 유효량의 인터페론-베타, pH를 4.0 내지 6.0 범위 내에서 유지하는 완충제 및 아미노산 안정화제로 이루어지고, 상기 인터페론-베타는 사전 동결 건조시키지 않으며, 액체 조성물과 접촉하는 하나 이상의 표면이 실리콘 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 물질로 코팅되는 저정 용기 내에 함유되는 액체 약학적 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서, 저장 용기는 산소 함유/액체 계면이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서, 인터페론-베타는 약 2℃ 내지 약 25℃의 온도에서 2 개월 이상의 기간 동안 저장 중에 항바이러스 활성을 필수적으로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서, 인터페론-베타는 사전 공동화되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물
- 제23항에 있어서, 완충제는 시트르산, 숙신산, 타르타르산, 푸마르산, 글루콘산, 옥살산, 락트산 및 아세트산 완충제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 유기산 완충제인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서, 아미노산 안정화제는 산 아미노산, 글리신 및 아르기닌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 아미노산인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제28항에 있어서, 아미노산은 조성물을 기준으로 약 0.3 중량% 내지 약 5.0 중량%의 양으로 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서, 액체 조성물의 pH는 4.5 내지 5.5의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 조성물.

- a) 사전 동결 건조시키지 않은 약학적으로 유효량의 인터페론-베타 및 약 3.1 중량% 이하의 아미노산 안정화제로 이루어지는 pH 4 내지 6의 액체 제제를 함유하는 용기; 및 b) 그것의 사용 지시서를 포함하는, 액체 인터페론 제제의 비경구 투여용 키트.
- 제37항에 있어서, c) 알코올 면봉; d) 바늘; 및 하나 이상의 접착 밴드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 키트.
- 제37항에 있어서, 용기는 액체 조성물과 접촉하는 하나 이상의 표면이 실리콘 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 물질로 코팅되는 주사기인 것을 특징으로 하는 키트.
- 제39항에 있어서, 용기는 주사기이고 주사기에 포함되는 액체 제제는 산소 함유/액체 계면이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 키트.
- 인터페론-베타가 약 2℃ 내지 약 25℃의 온도에서 3 개월 이상의 기간 동안 저장 중에 항바이러스 활성을 필수적으로 유지하도록, a) 인터페론-베타; b) pH를 4.0 내지 7.2의 범위 내에서 유지하는 완충제; 및 c) 아미노산 안정화제를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 사전 동결 건조시키지 않고 공동화되지 않은 액체 약학적 조성물내 인터페론-베타의 안정화 방법.
- 제42항에 있어서, 적당한 이온 강도를 제공하도록 염을 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제42항에 있어서, 염은 염화나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
