Description
Claims (17)
- 전자석 회로와, 밸브를 개방 및 폐쇄하기 위해 밸브시트요소에 구성된 고정된 밸브시트와 연동하는 밸브폐쇄단부를 구비하여 밸브종축을 따라 축방향으로 운동가능한 밸브핀과, 그리고 밸브시트의 흐름상류측에 직접 장착된 둥근 디스크형 와류요소를 포함하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치를 위한, 특히 연료를 내연기관의 연소실 안으로 직접 분사하기 위한 연료 분사밸브에 있어서,상기 와류요소(47)는 와류요소(47)의 전체 축방향 두께에 걸쳐 완전하게 연장되어 있는 다수개의 와류채널들(63)이 달린 내부 개구영역(60)을 갖고 있으며, 이 때 상기 와류채널들(63)은 둥근 엣지영역(66) 때문에 와류요소(47)의 외주와 연결되어 있지는 않음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 와류요소(47)의 내측 개구영역(60)은 천공방법으로 성형가능함을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내측 개구영역(60)은 내측 와류챔버(62)로, 또는 상기 와류챔버(62) 안으로 통하는 다수개의 와류채널들(63)으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 와류채널(63)들은 접선적으로 와류챔버(62)안으로 통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 와류채널(63)들은 와류챔버(62)로부터 멀리 떨어져있는 후크형으로 킹크된 말단(65)을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 와류챔버(62)의 내부에는 밸브핀(20)이 축방향으로 이동가능하게 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직접 와류요소(47)의 흐름상류측에는 안내개구(55)를 관통하는 밸브핀(20)을 안내하기 위한 내부 안내개구(55)가 달린 독립 안내요소(35)가 장착되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 안내요소(35)는 축방향으로 이동가능하게 밸브시트(27)에 대향하도록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 안내요소(35)는 압력스프링(50)을 수단으로하여 와류요소(47) 쪽으로 그리고 더불어 간접적으로 밸브시트요소(26) 쪽으로 눌려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 그밖에 둥근 디스크형 안내요소(35)에는 그 바닥(53)에 압력스프링(50)이 지탱되어 있는 리세스(52)가 구비되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 안내요소(35)의 외주에는 적어도 하나의 홈과 비슷한 흐름채널(69)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 안내요소(35)는 그 일측 전방측이 와류요소(47)에 그리고 그 타측 맞은편 전방측은 밸브시트 캐리어(21)의 스텝(51)에 놓여 있어서 상기 안내요소(35)는 축방향으로 하우징장착되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 안내요소(35), 와류요소(47) 및 밸브시트요소(26)는 조금만 운동하거나 밀어넣어서 밸브시트 캐리어(21)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직접적으로 사익 와류요소(47)의 흐름상류측에는 안내개구(55)를 관통하는 밸브핀(20)을 안내하기 위한 내측 안내개구(55)가 달린 밸브시트 캐리어(21) 안내단부(35')가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 와류요소(47) 및 밸브시트요소(26)는 안내요소(35)와 함꼐 밸브시트 캐리어(21)의 통과개구(24)내에 장착되어 있어서 외주방향으로는 상기 밸브시트 캐리어(21)에 의해 완전히 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 와류요소(47)는 밸브시트 캐리어(21)의 하측 분무측 전방측(82)에 놓이며 이로써 상기 밸브시트 캐리어(21)의 내측 통과개구(24)보다 더 큰 외경을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 밸브시트 캐리어(21)의 흐름하류측 말단(25) 외주에는 밸브시트 캐리어(21)에 그리고 밸브시트요소(26)에 각각 용접배선(61)으로 고정되어 있는 관형 고정부(70)가 장착되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사밸브.
