Claims (9)
- 절삭 공구의 절삭 헤드(7)에 의해 생성된 칩을 액체와 함께 배출 수단(3)을 향해 운반할 수 있도록 절삭 공구에 액체를 분무하는 분출 수단(2)에 연결된 하나 이상의 가압 액체 공급관(1)을 포함하며, 상기 분출 수단(2)에는 칩이 낙하하는 주요 영역을 포함한 분무하고자 하는 공간 전체에 걸쳐 액체를 분무하기 위한 하나 이상의 다방향성 노즐(2)이 구비되어 있는, 칩 제거 장치에 있어서,상기 다방향성 노즐(2)은 액체 분사물을 실질적으로 직선으로 분무하는 오리피스(23)를 구비한 헤드를 구비하며, 상기 헤드는 상기 분사물이 전체 공간을 주기적으로 소제하도록 이동 가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다방향성 노즐(2)은 회전형 헤드(21)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 제거 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전형 헤드(21)는 자동 회전형 헤드이며, 그 회전력은 상기 헤드의 회전에 따라 운반된 액체의 살포에 의해서 유발되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 제거 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전형 헤드는 구형이며, 접선 방향으로 배향된 다수의 오리피스(23)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 제거 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전형 헤드는 회전 분무기 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 제거 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 다방향성 노즐(2)은 최적의 각도로 공구에 직접 액체를 분무할 수 있도록 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 제거 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 절삭 헤드(7), 공작물(6) 및 다방향성 노즐(2)은 동일한 폐쇄형 케이스(4) 내에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 제거 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 절삭 공구는 고속 절삭용 공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 제거 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 액체는 총 절삭 기간 동안 다방향성 노즐에 의해 살포되는 가용성 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 칩 제거 장치.
