Claims (7)
- 베어링(2)을 매개로 하여, 스터브 차축(3) 주위에 장착되고 스터브 차축 캐리어(4)에 대향하여 지지되어 있는 휠 허브(1)로서, 상기 베어링(2)은 회전체(9)를 통해서 내부 링(10) 주위에 장착된 외부 링(8)으로 구성되고, 베어링(2)을 밀봉하는 시일(14) 중 하나가 외부 링(8)에 회전 가능하게 고정된, 센서 부재(20)와 협력하는 내장형 인코더 부재(17)를 구비하며, 상기 센서 부재(20)는 고정 수단(21)에 의해 스터브 차축 캐리어(4) 상에 고정되어 있는 휠 허브(1)에 있어서,상기 내장형 인코더 부재(17)를 구비한 시일(14)은 베어링(2)의 회전 링(8)의 측면을 따라 연장되는 반경 방향 연장부(22)를 갖는 코어 부재(18)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 허브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베어링(2)의 축 방향으로의, 내장형 인코더 부재(17)를 구비한 시일(14)의 코어 부재(18)의 반경 방향 연장부(22) 두께가, 센서 부재(20)를 스터브 차축 캐리어(4)에 고정시키는 고정 수단(21)에 의해서 베어링(2)의 내부 링(10)과 스터브 차축 캐리어(4)와의 사이에 유발된 축 방향 오프셋과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 허브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 허브(1)의 내측 천공부(1a) 내에 형성된 환형 홈(1c)에 베어링(2)의 외부 링(8)의 외측면에 대향하여 환형 정지 링(11)이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 허브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 정지 링(11)은 휠의 외측 방향을 따라 환형 홈(1c)의 외부로 연장되고, 허브의 내측 천공부(1a)의 길이 방향으로 연장되는 환형 부분(11b)에 의해서 상기 링(11)에 전체 "L"자 형태로 된 반경 반향 단면을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 허브.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 부분(11b)의 축 방향 길이는 상기 코어(18)의 반경 방향 연장부(22)의 두께와 같거나 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 허브.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 홈(1c) 내에 배치된 정지 링(11) 일부(11a)의 축 방향 두께가 상기 환형 홈(1c)의 축 방향 두께보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 허브.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 홈(1c)과 환형 홈(1c) 내에 배치된 정지 링(11) 일부(11a)와의 축 방향 두께의 차이가, 스터브 차축 캐리어(4)에 센서 부재(21)를 고정시키는 수단(21)에 의한 베어링(2)의 내부 링(10)과 스터브 차축 캐리어(4) 사이의 축 방향 오프셋과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 허브.
