Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.転がり軸受(2)が内レース(10)と、上記内レース(10)の外周上に 配設された転動体(9)を介して取り付けられた外レース(8)とからなり、 上記転がり軸受(2)をシールするシール継手(14)の一つが、回転する上 記外レース(8)と共の回転するように上記外レース(8)に取り付けられ、 上記シール継手(14)は、検知素子と協動するコーダ素子(17)を内蔵し ており、上記検知素子は固定手段(21)を介してスピンドルホルダ(4)に 固定され、スピンドル(3)の外周上に上記転がり軸受(2)を介して上記ス ピンドルホルダ(4)に当接して取り付けられたホィールハブ(1)において 、上記コーダ素子(17)を内蔵する上記シール継手(14)は、上記転がり 軸受(2)の上記外レース(8)の端面に沿って半径方向に伸びた延長部(2 2)を有するアーマチャー(18)を有することを特徴とする、転がり軸受を 有するホィールハブ。 2.上記コーダ素子(17)を内蔵するシール継手(14)の上記アーマチャー (18)の半径方向の上記延長部(22)の、上記転がり軸受(2)の軸方向 の厚さは、上記スピンドルホルダ(4)に上記検知素子(20)を固定する上 記固定手段(21)によって、上記スピンドルホルダ(4)と上記転がり軸受 (2)の上記内レース(10)との間にもたらされた軸方向のずれに等しいこ とを特徴とする、請求の範囲1に記載の、転がり軸受を有するホィールハブ。 3.上記転がり軸受(2)は、上記ホィールハブ(1)の中心部に設けられた孔 (1a)の内部に取り付けられ、上記孔(1a)の内周面には円周方向の溝( 1c)が設けられており、上記溝(1c)の中には、上記転がり軸受(2)の 外レース(8)の外側の側面に当接して環状のストップリング(11)が取り 付けられていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1または2に記載の、転がり軸 受を有するホィールハブ。 4.上記環状のストップリング(11)は、円周と直交する面で切断した断面が L字形状をなし、L字形の一辺をなす環状の部分(11b)によって、上記ホ イールハブ(1)の中の穴(1a)の内周面に沿って、上記溝(1c)の外側 の方向に延伸されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲3に記載の、転がり軸 受を有するホィールハブ。 5.上記環状の部分(11b)の軸方向の長さは、上記アーマチャー(18)の 上記半径方向の延長部(22)の厚さに少なくとも等しいことを特徴とする、 請求の範囲4に記載の、転がり軸受を有するホィールハブ。 6.上記ストップリング(11)の、上記溝(1c)の中に挿入される部分(1 1a)の軸方向の厚さは、上記溝(1c)の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする 、請求の範囲3〜5のいずれかに記載の、転がり軸受を有するホィールハブ。 7.上記溝(1c)の軸方向の幅と、上記ストップリング(11)の上記溝(1 c)の中に挿入される部分(11a)の軸方向の厚さとの差は、上記スピンド ルホルダ(4)に上記検知素子(20)を固定する上記固定手段(21)によ って、上記スピンドルホルダ(4)と上記転がり軸受(2)の上記内レース( 10)との間にもたらされた軸方向のずれに等しいことを特徴とする、請求の 範囲6に記載の、転がり軸受を有するホィールハブ。
