Claims (7)
- 여과막으로 구분된 두 공간 중 한쪽에 기체를 공급하는 기체 공급 수단, 다른쪽 공간으로 누출되는 기체의 양을 검출하는 기체 검출 수단, 및 공급되는 기체가 상기 기체 검출 수단에 영향을 미치지 않도록 방지하는 수단을 포함하는, 여과막을 통한 누출 검출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체 검출 수단이 누출되는 기체의 양을 압력 변화로서 검출하는 압력 검출 수단인 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공급되는 기체가 기체 검출 수단에 영향을 미치지 않도록 방지하는 수단이 3 방향 밸브인 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압력 검출 수단이 미차압계 (micro-differential pressure gauge)인 장치.
- 여과막으로 구분된 두 공간 중 한쪽을 기체로 이 기체가 정상 구멍을 통해 유출되지 않는 압력으로 가압하고, 다른쪽 공간을 검사 액체로 충전하여, 여과막의 핀홀을 통해 누출되는 기체의 유량을 검출함으로써 여과막의 핀홀의 존재를 조사하는 것을 포함하는, 가압에 의해 여과막이 팽창하는데 따른 영향을 미리 제거한 후 누출되는 기체의 유량을 측정하는 여과막을 통한 누출의 검출 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 여과막이 바이러스 분리막인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 바이러스 분리막이 재생 셀룰로오즈로 이루어진 막인 방법.
