- 배기구(11)가 구비된 건조로(10); 상기 건조로(10)내에 여러층으로 설치되어 상호 지그재그로 연결된 다단의 건조기(20); 상기 건조기(20)내에 각각 설치되어 습윤물질을 교반시키면서 지그재그로 이송시키는 스크루컨베이어(30); 상기 스크루컨베이어(30)를 구동시키는 모터(40); 상기 최상부,최하부에 설치된 건조기(20)에 각각 연통되는 습윤물질 투입구(50) 및 배출구(60); 상기 건조로(10)내의 하부로 열을 공급하는 버너(70); 상기 건조로(10)내의 상부에 설치되어 순환송풍기(80)와 연결되는 열교환기(90); 상기 열교환기(90)를 통해 열교환된 열풍공기의 일부는 상단의 건조기(20)로 송입하여 건조후 건조로(10)하부의 연소실로 배기하는 배기열풍 공기라인(100); 상기 열교환기(90)를 통해 열교환된 열풍을 하단의 건조기(20)와 순환송풍기(80)로 순환시키는 순환열풍공기라인(110)을 포함하는 고속 건조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 건조통(10)의 배기구(11)에는 온수순환펌프(200)와 연결된 온수열교환기(210)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 건조장치.
