Claims (12)
- 전이 전이 금속에 대한 리튬의 몰비가 약 1.0이고 평균 입자 크기가 1 내지 30㎛이 범위가 되는 LiNi1-xCoxO2을 얻도록 550 내지 900℃의 온도 범위와 충분히 이산화 탄소가 제거되고 산소분압이 18 내지 110㎪일 때, LiNi1-xCoxO2에 대해 상대적으로 0.1 내지 50 몰%의 존재 하에서 최소한 수산화 리튬과 당량비로 산화 코발트, 수산화 코발트 또는 코발트 옥시하이드록사이드가 당량비의 산화 니켈, 수산화 니켈 또는 니켈 옥시하이드록사이드와 반응시키거나 니켈 코발트 옥사이드, 니켈 코발트 하이드록사이드 또는 니켈 코발트 옥시하이드록사이드의 반응시키는 것으로 구성되어 충분히 등질하고 단일상이고 x의 범위가 0보다 크고 1보다는 작은 범위를 지니는 LiNi1-xCoxO2의 합성을 위한 단일 하소 단계 공정
- 제 1항에서 정의한 공정에서 니켈 옥사이드, 수산화 니켈 또는 코발트 옥시하이드레이트와 혼합되어 있는 산화 코발트, 수산화 코발트 또는 코발트 옥시하이드록사이드로 구성된 시작 물질이 기계적인 혼합으로 마련되어지는 것
- 제 1항에서 정의한 공정에서, 산화 니켈, 수산화 니켈 또는 니켈 옥시하이드록사이드로 구성된 시작 물질이 등질한 화합물을 얻도록 화학적 침전방법을 사용하여 제조되는 것
- 제 1항에서 정의한 공정에서, 수산화 칼륨이 2.0몰% 내지 20몰%의 양으로 존재하는 것
- 제 2항에서 정의한 공정에서, 반응 온도 범위가 650℃내지 800℃의 범위인것
- 제 3항에서 정의한 공정에서, 반응 온도 범위가 650℃내지 800℃의 범위인것
- 제 4항에서 정의한 공정에서, 반응 온도 범위가 650℃내지 800℃의 범위인것
- 제 1항에서 정의한 공정에서, 수산화 리튬이 그것의 약 50%까지 당양을 초과하는 것
- 제2항에 의하여 마련된 공정에 의해 제조된 단일상의 등질한 리튬 니켈 코발트 옥사이드.
- 제 4항의 공정에 의해 제조된 단일상의 등질한 리튬 니켈 코발트 옥사이드.
- 결정 입자의 크기가 2㎛ 내지 50㎛의 범위이고 전이금속에 대한 리튬의 몰비가 0.95 내지 1.05인 단일상의 등질한 리튬 니켈 코발트 디옥사이드
- 평균 입자 크기가 2㎛ 내지 50㎛의 범위이고 대부분이 Ni+3인 니켈을 지니며 전이금속에 대한 리튬의 몰비가 1.0가량이고 0.97보다는 적지 않은 단일상의 등질한 리튬 니켈 코발트 디옥사이드
