Claims (26)
- 탄소 마무리 소스,철, 코발트, 니켈 또는 이의 혼합물인 VIII족 분말소스 및 텅스텐, 티타늄, 탄탈륨, 몰리브덴, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀, 크롬 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택된 전이금속의 카바이드를 포함하는 선구물질 카바이드와 텅스텐 함유 금속으로 구성된 입자성 선구물질을 포함하는 혼합물을 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속분말을 형성하기에 충분한 시간동안 수소함유 대기에서 1173 내지 1773K의 온도까지 가열하여, 선구 카바이드의 적어도 25중량%가 침탄되고 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속분말이 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속 분말 중량의 0.25 내지 50중량%인 VIII족 금속을 포함하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속 분말 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산소함유 전이금속화합물을 탄소 환원소스와 함께 전이금속화합물을 카바이드 선구물질로 환원시키기에 충분한 시간동안 수소가 없고 비산화성인 대기에서 가열함으로써 입자성 선구물질이 형성되며 전이금속 화합물이 텅스텐, 티타늄, 탄탈륨, 몰리브덴, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀, 크롬 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택된 전이금속을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자성 선구물질이 상기 선구물질 중량의 2.5% 미만의 양으로 산소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자성 선구물질의 직경이 0.4㎛ 미만인 입자크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전이금속 카바이드가 모노텅스텐 카바이드이고 입자성 선구물질이 디텅스텐 카바이드, 텅스텐 금속 및 모노텅스텐 카바이드로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전이금속 카바이드-금속 분말이 입자 갯수의 95%가 직경이 0.4㎛ 미만인 크기를 가지는 입자로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 전이금속 카바이드-금속 분말이 모노텅스텐 카바이드-코발트 분말임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 입자 갯수의 95%가 직경이 0.1㎛ 이상인 크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수소함유 대기가 1몰% 이상의 수소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 대기가 아르곤 가스 혼합물에 5몰% 수소가 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고체용액 카바이드가 WC-TiC-TaC임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 철, 코발트, 니켈 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택된 VIII족 금속의 산화물이 전이금속 화합물과 혼합되고 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 비산화성 대기가 아르곤임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 가열단계가 100 내지 100,000,000K/초의 속도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 탄소 마무리 소스,철, 코발트, 니켈 또는 이의 혼합물인 VIII족 분말소스 및 티타늄, 탄탈륨, 몰리브덴, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀, 크롬 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택된 전이금속의 카바이드를 포함하는 선구물질 카바이드로 구성된 입자성 선구물질을 포함하는 혼합물을 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속분말을 형성하기에 충분한 시간동안 수소함유 대기에서 1173 내지 1773K의 온도까지 가열하여, 선구 카바이드의 적어도 25중량%가 침탄되고 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속분말이 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속 분말 중량의 0.25 내지 50중량%인 VIII족 금속을 포함하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속 분말 제조방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 산소함유 전이금속화합물을 탄소 환원소스와 함께 전이금속화합물을 카바이드 선구물질로 환원시키기에 충분한 시간동안 비산화성인 대기에서 가열함으로써 입자성 선구물질이 형성되며 가열이 10,000 내지 100,000,000K/초의 속도로 수행되며 전이금속 화합물이 티타늄, 탄탈륨, 몰리브덴, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀, 크롬 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택된 전이금속을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 입자성 선구물질이 티타늄, 탄탈륨, 몰리브덴, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀, 크롬 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택된 전이금속을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속 분말이 모든 입자의 직경이 0.4㎛ 미만인 크기를 가지는 입자로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 입자성 선구물질이 VIII족 금속 분말 소스를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 입자성 선구물질이 직경이 0.4㎛ 미만인 입자크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 입자수의 50% 이상이 이산적이며,입자가 1.5 미만의 가로세로비를 가지며,모든 입자가 0.4㎛ 미만의 크기를 가지며,전이금속 카바이드가 텅스텐, 티타늄, 탄탈륨, 몰리브덴, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀, 크롬 또는 이의 고체용액에서 선택된 카바이드이며,VIII족 금속이 철, 코발트, 니켈 또는 이의 고체 용액에서 선택되며,전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속분말이 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속분말 중량의 0.25 내지 50중량%의 양으로 VIII족 금속을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전이금속 카바이드 입자와 VIII족 금속입자를 가지는 혼합물을 포함하는 전이금속 카바이드-VIII족 금속 분말.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 분말이 모노텅스텐 카바이드-코발트 분말임을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 모노텅스텐 카바이드-코발트 분말이 분말중량의 1% 이상의 코발트 농도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 직경이 0.1㎛ 이상인 크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 직경이 0.2㎛ 미만인 크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 분말이 분말 중량의 0.2% 미만인 유리탄소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 분말.
