- 식용 및 약용 버섯균을 곡물에 고체배양시킨 담자균코오지를 버섯균별로 단독 또는 혼합한 형태를 특징으로 하는 밥을 취반하거나 또는 무균밥으로 제품화함에 있어 버섯균이 배양된 곡물만을 이용하거나 일반적인 밥의 취반에 쓰는 곡물에 일정비로 조합하는 밥의 제조와 그 제조방법
