Abstract

(1) 발명이 속하는 기술분야
플라스틱(P/P) 자체의 탄성을 이용한 숨쉬는 발효식품 용기에 관한 기술임.
(2) 발명의 목적
발효식폼 특히 김치용기에 있어서 발효과정에서 발생하는 가스 때문에 용기에 압력이 생기고 가스가 차면 국물이 흐르거나 김치가 빨리 시어지게 되므로 이런 현상을 방지하고 신선도가 오래 유지되도록 하는데 목적이 있음..
(3) 발명의 구성
여러 가지 발효식품의 내용물을 담을 수 있는 하측(BOWL)부분과 뚜껑(CAP)으로 크게 2가지로 구성되어 있음.
(4) 발명의 효과
발효식품(김치, 장유 등)의 가스를 원할히 배출시켜 저장기간과 신선도를 오래 유지할 수 있도록 하고, 국물이 세지 않도록 하며 용기의 외부를 비닐로 씰링하지 않아도 되기 때문에 외관이 미려함.

Description

플라스틱 탄성을 이용한 숨쉬는 발효식품 용기{A VESSEL FOR FERMENTATION FOOD USING THE ELASTICITY OF PLASTIC}
지금까지의 발효식품(김치용기) 용기를 보면 파우치, PET병, 유리병을 사용하여 왔으나 이는 완전 밀폐형 용기로서 공기순환이 되지 않아 김치가 발효될 때 생기는 가스의 압력으로 국물이 세거나 빨리 시어져 발효식품 용기로서는 부적절 하였다.
그러나, 본 발명은 플라스틱 고유의 탄성을 이용하여 식품이 발효되면 용기내에 압력이 발생되어 뚜껑 부위 전체가 약간 들어 올려지면서 가스가 배출되며 배출된 가스는 도면(2)과 같이 샌딩(SANDING)부위를 통해 쉽게 밖으로 빠져나간다.
또한, 운반과정에서 좌우로 흔들려 국물이 약간 세는 것은 용기의 상하측에 미량의 국물을 보관할 수 있는 빈 공간이 형성되어 이곳에 잠시 보관되어 있다가 다시 가스가 발생되어 뚜껑을 들어 올릴 때 다시 용기 안으로 들어가게 되므로서 항상 샌딩 부위에까지 국물이 차지 않아 원할한 가스 배출이 가능하여 식품의 신선도가 오래 유지되고 보존기한을 연장할 수 있는 잇점이 있음.
발효식품 특히 김치용기에 있어서 발효과정에서 발생하는 가스 때문에 용기에 압력이 생기고 가스가 차면 국물이 흐르거나 김치가 빨리 시어지게 되므로 용기내의 가스 압력을 적절히 배출해주어 산화를 방지하고 용기내의 액체가 용기밖으로 흘러 나오지 않게 하여 외관이 깨끗하고 신선도가 오래 유지되어 보존기간을 연장하는데 목적이 있음..
지금까지 발효식품 용기는 유리병, PET용기, 파우치 등 진공포장 용기만을 사용해왔으나, 플라스틱 자체의 탄성을 이용해 가스를 배출해 주는 용기는 없었음.
지금까지의 발효식품(김치용기) 용기를 보면 파우치, PET병, 유리병을 사용하여 왔으나 이는 완전 밀폐형 용기로서 공기순환이 되지 않아 김치가 발효될 때 생기는 가스의 압력으로 국물이 세거나 빨리 시어져 발효식품 용기로서는 부적절 하였으며, 전세계 어느 용기도 용기 자체에 필터를 부착하는 등 여러 가지 별도의 장치를 부여해 이와 같은 현상을 방지하고 있지만, 본 발명과 같이 플라스틱 자체의 탄성을 이용해 별도의 장치를 부여하지 않고도 간편하게 숨쉬는 용기는 개발되지 못했으나, 본 발명은 이런 복잡한 문제를 간편하게 해결한 것이 특징임. .

내용물을 담을 수 있는 하측(BOWL)부분과 뚜껑(CAP)으로 크게 2가지로 구성되어 있으며, 세부적으로 뚜껑 부위에 김치 국물이 세지 않도록 하측과 맞닿는 원형 지지대가 있으며 상하측이 마주치는 잠금장치 일부분에 아무도 개봉하지 않았다는 봉인 장치가 부여 되며, 상하측이 결합될 때 적은 공간이 형성되고, 뚜껑과 밑판이 맞닿는 부위에 샌딩(SANDING)처리를 하여 가스가 외부로 빠져 나갈 수 있도록 구성되어 있음.
발효식품(김치, 장유 등)의 가스를 원할히 배출시켜 저장기간과 신선도를 오래 유지할 수 있도록 하고, 국물이 세지 않도록 하며 용기 전체를 비닐로 씰링하지 않아도 되기 때문에 외관이 미려함.

Claims (2)

  1. 플라스틱 자체의 탄성을 이용하여 가스를 배출해주는 플라스틱 용기의 구조.
  2. 청구항 1항에 있어서 상하측이 맞닿는 부분에 샌딩처리를 해주어 미새틈을 형성하여 가스가 배출되도록 하는 구조.
