Claims (29)
- 보강 구조물 부재에 있어서,공간을 한정하며, 두 개의 대향벽을 구비하는 구조물 부재와;상기 공간내에 배치되며, 주요면을 각기 구비하는 두 개의 대향판을 갖는 보강 빔과;상기 주요면들중의 하나에 배치되는 제 1 열 팽창성 부착 바디와, 상기 주요면들중의 다른 하나에 배치되는 제 2 열 팽창성 부착 바디로 구성되며,상기 보강 빔의 두 판들은 소정의 거리로 이격되고, 상호연결형 구조물의 공간요소에 의해 상호결합되어 있으며,상기 주요면들은 서로 거의 평행하게 이루어지며,상기 제 1 열 팽창성 부착 바디는 상기 구조물 부재의 벽들중의 하나에 부착되고, 상기 제 2 열 팽창성 부착 바디는 상기 구조물 부재의 벽들중의 다른 하나에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항 있어서, 상기 보강 빔의 주요면들은 보강을 필요로 하는 보강 빔의 길이 전체로 거의 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 열 팽창성 부착 바디들은 주요면의 전체 표면을 거의 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주요면은 평평한 면으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 부착 바디들은 열 팽창성 부착제의 판형 리본으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강 빔은 I-빔으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 빔은 롤로 형성된 금속으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 빔의 상호연결형 구조물의 공간요소는 채널을 형성하는 C-형 구조로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 빔은 I-빔을 형성하기 위해 서로 연결되는 한 쌍의 결합 C-형 채널로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주요면들중의 적어도 하나는 종축 공간이 그 속에 형성되도록 불연속으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 상호연결형 구조물의 공간요소는 종축 공간에서 브리지(bridge)를 형성하기 위해 대향하는 한쌍의 평행한 선형 벽을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상호연결형 구조물의 공간요소는 한 쌍의 평행한 측벽인 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 롤로 형성된 금속은 스틸(steel)인 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 빔은 알루미늄으로 압출성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보강빔은 유리 충진 나이론으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보강빔은 시멘트 성질의 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트 성질의 물질은 마이크로스피어 및 시멘트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부착 바디들은 주요면들의 영역에 대해 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 보강 빔은 I-빔을 형성하기 위해 시멘트 성질의 물질을 주조하므로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 동일한 I-빔은 함께 점용접되는 두 스탬형 금속 C-형 채널로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부착 바디는 두 부분이 에어-경화(air-cured) 부착제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부착 바디는 한 부분이 부착제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부착 바디는 마이크로스피어를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강 구조물 부재.
- 중공 구조물 빔을 위한 삽입부에 있어서,주요면을 각기 갖는 두 대향판을 구비하는 I-빔과,상기 주요면들중의 하나에 배치되는 제 1 열 팽창성 판형 부착 바디와,상기 주요면들중의 다른 하나에 배치되는 제 2 열 팽창성 판형 부착 바디로 구성되며,상기 부착 바디들은 포옴으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 구조물 빔을 위한 삽입부.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 상기 I-빔은 금속으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입부.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 상기 I-빔은 유리 충진 나이론으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입부.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 상기 I-빔은 시멘트 성질의 물질로 주조하므로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입부.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 상기 부착 바디는 포옴형 부착제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입부.
- 상부 및 하부 벽을 갖는 중공 구조물 부재의 보강 방법에 있어서,주요면을 각기 갖는 한쌍의 대향판을 구비하고 있는 보강 빔을 포함하는 삽입부를 제공하는 단계와,부착되는 리본-형 열 팽창 부착 바디를 압출성형하는 단계와,상기 두 대향판의 주요판과 거의 동일한 영역을 갖는 길이로 리본-형 열 팽창 부착 바디를 절단하는 단계와,상기 열 팽창 바디들이 주요면에 견고히 부착되도록, 상기 주요면들의 각 면상에 상기 절단된 리본-형 열 팽창 부착 바디를 위치설정시키는 단계와,상기 부착 바디들중의 하나가 중공 구조물 부재중의 상부에 인접하도록, 그리고 상기 부착 바디들중의 다른 하나가 중공 구조물 부재중의 하부에 인접하도록 상기 중공 구조물 부재의 내측면에 상기 삽입부를 위치설정시키는 단계와,상기 부착 바디를 열적으로 팽창시키고, 중공 구조물 부재의 상부에 부착 바디중의 하나를 부착하고, 중공 구조물 부재의 하부에 부착 바디중의 다른 하나를 부착하기 위해 중공 구조물 부재 및 삽입부를 가열시키는 단계로 구성되는 중공 구조물 부재의 보강 방법.
