Claims (3)
- 일측으로 유니버셜 조인트(U)를 연결하되, 끝단에 통공(41)이 형성된 습동축(4);상기 습동축(4)의 연장선상에서 역시 끝단에 통공(31)이 형성된 고정축(3);상기 습동축(4)의 통공(41)에 끼워지는 제1리벳(R1)을 힌지점으로하여 회동 가능토록 리벳팅된 제1링크(L1)와 제2링크(L2);상기 고정축(3)의 통공(31)에 끼워지는 제2리벳(R2)을 힌지점으로하여 회동 가능토록 리벳팅된 제3링크(L3)와 제4링크(L4);상기한 제1링크(L1)와, 제3링크(L3)의 끝단을 회동가능토록 리벳팅하는 제3리벳(R3);상기한 제2링크(L2)와, 제4링크(L4)의 끝단을 회동가능토록 리벳팅하는 제4리벳(R4);으로 구성하여 습동축(4)쪽의 제1링크(L1)와 제2링크(L2)가 고정축(3)쪽의 제3링크(L3)와 제4링크(L4)와 연동하여 마름모꼴을 유지하면서 습동축(4)이 그 길이 방향으로 유동될 수 있도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트 축의 링크타입 슬립구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기한 제1리벳(R1)내지 제4리벳(R4)은 리벳팅후, 틈새가 발생되지 않도록 하기 위해 와셔(5)를 개입시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트 축의 링크타입 슬립구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기한 제1링크(L1)내지 제4링크(L4)는 리벳팅후, 틈새가 발생되지 않도록 하기 위해 그 각각의 양측 끝단을 합성수지재(6)로 코팅하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트 축의 링크타입 슬립구조.
