Claims (5)
- 천연칼슘에 유기산, 비타민 D3, 카세인포스포펩티드(CPP), 설탕, 액상과당이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 천연칼슘음료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 천연칼슘은 유청칼슘, 해조칼슘, 난각칼슘 중에서 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 천연 칼슘음료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기산 0.05∼5.0(v/v)g을 pH 2.5∼4.5에서 탁도 0.30(660nm) 이하 될 때까지 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 천연칼슘음료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 천연칼슘 0.05∼5.0(w/v)g, 유기산 0.05∼5.0(v/v)g, 비타민 D30.05∼0.30 (w/v)g, 카세인포스포펩티드 0.05∼0.30(w/v)g, 설탕 0.05∼10.0 (w/v)g, 액상과당 0.10∼15.0(v/v)g이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 천연칼슘음료.
- 유청칼슘, 해조칼슘 또는 난각칼슘 중의 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상에서 선택한 천연칼슘 0.05∼5.0(w/v)g과 구연산, 사과산, 아스콜빈산, 젖산 또는 개미산 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상에서 선택한 유기산 0.05∼5.0(v/v)g을 pH 2.5∼4.5에서 탁도 0.30(660nm) 이하 될 때까지 교반한 후 비타민 D30.05∼0.30 (w/v)g, 카세인포스포펩티이드 0.05∼0.30(w/v)g, 설탕 0.05 ∼10.0 (w/v)g 및 액상과당 0.10∼15.0(v/v)g을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 천연칼슘음료의 제조방법.
