Description
Claims (12)
- 다음과 같은 과정을 포함하고, 제올라이트 동공을 폐쇄하여 활성에 악영향을 미치는 오염물질이 있는 입자성 고체를 포함하는 제올라이트 활성의 개선방법:a. 산, 세탁제 및 계면활성제로 구성된 그룹에서부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 것으로서, 상기 오염물질을 효과적으로 용해 또는 해리하는 활성제를 포함하는 액체를 상기 입자성 고체에 처리하는 슬러리 형성과정;b. 상기 오염물질이 용해 또는 해리되어 상기 입자성 고체로부터의 용액에 운반되도록, 상기 오염물질의 용해 또는 해리에 충분한 온도 및 시간을 포함하는 활성 조건하에서 상기 슬러리의 교반과정;c. 상기 교반된 슬러리로부터 상기 용해 또는 해리된 오염물질을 운반하는 용액 일부의 제거과정;d. 상기 슬러리에 잔류하는 용액에서부터 입자성 고체의 분리과정;e. 상기 분리된 입자성 고체에서부터 상기 활성제를 포함하는 잔류 용액을 제거하기 위한 세척과정; 그리고,f. 상기 과정에 의해 처리된 것으로서, 상기 오염된 입자성 고체보다 큰 활성을 갖는 입자성 고체를 포함하는 제올라이트의 회수과정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용해 또는 해리된 오염물질은 상기 제거된 액체와 의 혼합물내에서 교반된 슬러리의 상부 표면으로부터 제거되고, 상기 혼합물은 오염물질을 제거하기 위하여 여과되며, 그리고 여과액은 상기 슬러리로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 고체를 포함하는 제올라이트 활성의 개선방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 활성제는 말산, 암모늄비플루오라이드, 아세트산, 말레산, 구연산, 포름산, 옥살산, 염산, 질산, 또는 황산; 암모늄비플루오라이드, 효소, 계면활성제, 세탁제 또는 상기 활성제의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 고체를 포함하는 제올라이트 활성의 개선방법.
- 다음과 같은 과정을 포함하고, 제올라이트 동공을 폐쇄하여 이의 촉매 활성에 악영향을 미치는 탄소성 축적물 및 1종 이상의 오염물질이 있는 입자성 촉매를 포함하는 소모 제올라이트의 재활성화 방법:a. 조절된 산화 조건하에서, 상기 촉매를 기체를 포함하는 산소로 접촉시켜 소모 촉매 고체로부터 탄소성 축적물의 제거과정;b. 상기 과정에 의해 감소된 탄소성 축적물을 갖는 촉매의 냉각과정;c. 상기 오염물질을 효과적으로 용해 또는 해리하는 산, 효소, 세탁제 및 계면활성제로 구성된 그룹에서부터 선택되는 활성제의 수용액으로 상기 냉각된 촉매의 슬러리 형성과정;d. 상기 오염물질이 용해 또는 해리되어 상기 입자성 고체로부터의 용액에 운반되도록, 상기 오염물질의 용해 또는 해리에 적합한 증가된 온도 및 시간을 포함하는 활성 조건하에서 상기 슬러리의 교반과정;e. 상기 교반된 슬러리로부터 상기 용해 또는 해리된 오염물질을 운반하는 용액 일부의 제거과정;f. 상기 슬러리에 잔류하는 용액에서부터 입자성 고체의 분리과정;g. 잔류 용액을 제거하기 위한 상기 분리된 촉매의 세척과정; 그리고,h. 상기 오염된 고체보다 큰 촉매 활성을 갖는 촉매를 포함하는 제올라이트의 회수과정.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 산은 말산, 암모늄비플루오라이드, 아세트산, 말레산, 구연산, 포름산, 옥살산, 염산, 질산, 또는 황산, 또는 상기 산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 촉매를 포함하는 소모 제올라이트의 재활성화 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용해 또는 해리된 오염물질은 상기 제거된 액체와 의 혼합물내에서 교반된 슬러리의 상부 표면으로부터 제거되고, 상기 혼합물은 오염물질을 제거하기 위하여 여과되며, 그리고 여과액은 상기 슬러리로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 촉매를 포함하는 소모 제올라이트의 재활성화 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 신선한 촉매, 평형 촉매, 신선한 FCC 촉매, 평형 FCC 촉매, 신선한 가수소분해 촉매, 또는 소모 가수소분해 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 촉매를 포함하는 소모 제올라이트의 재활성화 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 교반은 기계적인 방법, 슬러리에 기체를 주입하는 방법, 또는 상기 방법을 조합한 방법으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 촉매를 포함하는 소모 제올라이트의 재활성화 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 증가된 온도는 212℉ 이하이고, 상기 활성제의 비활성화온도 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 촉매를 포함하는 소모 제올라이트의 재활성화 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 재활성화되는 제올라이트 촉매는 탄화수소 공정 유니트로부터 계속적으로 제거되고, 재활성화된 촉매는 계속적으로 탄화수소 공정 유니트로 회귀되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 촉매를 포함하는 소모 제올라이트의 재활성화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 입자성 고체는 탄화수소 공정 유니트로부터 주기적으로 제거되는 제올라이트 촉매이고, 상기 회수 및 처리된 촉매는 탄화수소 공정 유니트로 회귀되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 고체를 포함하는 제올라이트 활성의 개선방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 처리된 고체는 제올라이트내에 1종 이상의 희토류원소를 도입하는 희토류 원소 교환 공정처리를 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자성 고체를 포함하는 제올라이트 활성의 개선방법.
