Claims (2)
- 수평부 및 이 수평부에서 늘어뜨려진 1 쌍의 스커트부를 가지며 끝면이 대략 새들 형상으로 형성되고, 각 스커트부의 내면측에는 볼이 구르는 부하 구름면이 형성된 금속제의 블록 본체와, 합성수지의 사출성형에 의해 상기 블록본체의 각 스커트부의 외측면에 덧붙여져 상기 부하 구름면에 대응한 볼 복귀구멍을 형성하는 측면 성형부와, 역시 합성수지의 사출성형에 의해 상기 블록본체의 길이 방향의 양끝면에 덧붙여져 상기 측면성형부와 연속하고, 상기 부하 구름면을 다 구른 볼을 상기 볼 복귀구멍으로 안내하는 원호상의 볼 안내부를 형성하는 끝면 성형부를 구비하고, 상기 부하 구름면을 구르는 볼을 통하여 궤도레일과 결합하고, 상기 궤도레일을 따라 운동하는 직선 안내장치의 슬라이더에 있어서,상기 블록본체의 수평부의 상면에는 합성수지의 사출성형에 의해 상기 측면성형부 및 끝면 성형부와 동시에 상기 블록 본체에 덧붙여져 상기 블록본체의 양끝면에 위치하는 끝면 성형부를 상호 연결하는 상면 성형부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 직선 안내장치의 슬라이더.
- 수평부 및 이 수평부의 일단에서 늘어뜨려진 스커트부를 가지며 끝면이 대략 L 자 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 수평부의 하면측 및 상기 스커트부의 내면측에는 볼이 구르는 부하 구름면이 형성된 금속제의 블록 본체와, 합성수지의 사출성형에 의해 상기 블록 본체의 수평부의 선단 및 스커트부의 외측면에 덧붙여져, 상기 부하 구름면에 대응한 볼 복귀구멍을 형성하는 측면성형부와, 역시 합성수지의 사출성형에 의해 상기 블록본체의 길이방향의 양끝면에 덧붙여져 상기 측면성형부와 연속하고, 상기 부하 구름면을 다 구른 볼을 상기 볼 복귀구멍으로 안내하는 원호상의 볼 안내부를 형성하는 끝면 성형부를 구비하여, 상기 부하 구름면을 구르는 볼을 통하여 궤도레일과 결합하고, 상기 궤도레일을 따라 운동하는 직선 안내장치의 슬라이더에 있어서,상기 블록 본체의 수평부의 상면에는 합성수지의 사출성형에 의해 상기 측면성형부 및 끝면 성형부와 동시에 상기 블록 본체에 덧붙여져 상기 블록본체의 양끝면에 위치하는 끝면 성형부를 상호 연결하는 상면 성형부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내장치의 슬라이더.
