Claims (10)
- 모듈 케이스, 및 이 모듈 케이스에 적어도 한쪽 단부가 접착 및 고정되어 있는 다수의 중공사막을 포함하는 중공사막 다발(bundle)을 포함하며, 여기서 중공사막 다발과 모듈 케이스의 접착부는 실리콘계 수지를 포함하고, 적어도 하나의 접착부에서 접착부를 보강하기 위한 보강용 립(rib)이 모듈 케이스 상에 직접 고정되는 것인 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강용 립이 모듈 케이스 상에 스크루잉(screwing), 모듈 케이스에 제공된 노치(notch) 부분과의 조합, 용착 및 용접으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 수단에 의해 고정되거나, 또는 보강용 립이 모듈 케이스와 일체적으로 성형되는 것인 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공사막 모듈의 종방향에 대해 수직인 보강용 립의 단면이 방사 형상, 격자 형상 또는 방사 형상과 동심원 형상의 조합 형상인 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강용 립이 중공사막 모듈의 종방향에 대해 평행으로 배열된 하나의 평면판이거나 또는 다수 평면판의 조합이며, 상기 평면판 상에 다수의 관통 홀을 갖는 것인 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강용 립 전체가 접착부에 봉입되는 것인 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모듈 케이스와 보강용 립이 스테인레스강, 불소계 수지 및 염소계 수지 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 것인 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공사막이 불소계 수지를 포함하는 것인 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공사막 다발과 모듈 케이스의 접착부가 액체 실리콘 고무를 경화시켜 얻은 실리콘계 수지를 포함하는 것인 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공사막 다발과 모듈 케이스의 접착부가 부가형 액체 실리콘 고무를 경화시켜 얻은 실리콘계 수지이고, 경화 전의 점도가 10 m㎩·sec 내지 250 ㎩·sec이고, 경화 전의 중량 평균 분자량이 5,000 내지 300,000인 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공사막 다발과 모듈 케이스의 접착부가 부가형 실리콘 고무를 경화시켜 얻은 실리콘계 수지이고, 경화 후 JIS K6301의 측정법에 따라 측정한 바와 같은 JIS-A 경도가 30 이상이고, 파단 신장 강도가 2 ㎫ 이상인 중공사막 모듈.
